you can always use those bitcoin atms you can find at certain gas stations/convenience stores, though the fees are insanely high as you may imagine.

i was more asking if podcast funds could be used for legal purposes but i guess i couldve inferred. just wanted to be sure before i sent money to the wrong account or if there was an easier way to do it.

With the bank account announcement and the request for cheques on the telegram, I would like to donate in something other than crypto. My concern is privacy as it would be my personal checking account. Is there any way to just send cash and more me, the sender, to assume the risk of it being lost?

I'd advise getting a money order instead. Those are endorsed by your bank instead of your person, and the money is withdrawn immediately.

That was my intention (to get a money order) however I'm a tad unsure of what might result in terms of currency exchange rates.
For non-Americans, what would you suggest @Null ? I just looked at AUD-USD exchange rates and thought that the best option was to send more than the US$20 for T&H, taking into consideration exchange rate fluctuations (plus in any case, I'd still like to donate more to the forums).
