Not had chat connecting all afternoon, either on home page or chat windows (Firefox/ .net site). Not important as such, but worth mentioning.

I know you can't really do anything about this but feeding back anyways.
Not sure if related to general site issues, or the current overarching tyranny of T1ISP.
Virgin Media (largest internet provider in the UK) is having a lot of issues connection to .st, and at somes some connecting to .net.
ExpressVPN UK servers, French Servers, and some German servers seem to also have issues connecting. American servers mostly unaffected.

Hi, whoever did Quattrocento-KF fucked up the positioning of the acute accent.
Only letters a, e, i, n, o, u, y render properly. Every other doesn't, including z, s and c, which are commonly used in Polish, so Polish threads are unreadable because of that.
If anyone knows how to fuck with fonts and fix this, could you please download the modded fonts from the site, fix them and send them to @Null so that this won't be an issue? Thanks.

Is something fucked up with the Community Happenings section on your end or is it mine?* Until 5 minutes ago, none of the happenings after the Cogent one showed up. Then I opened the site and they all showed up at once.

I don't know much about fonts, but I spent a while dicking around with FontForge and got a version with accents working. There's no "slot" for a lot of those letters, but accented Cc, Ss, Zz and n are alright, as are tildes. It looks like tildes were in the pre-Cyrilic file, dunno why they got removed.
Problem is, the trademark symbol (U+2122) had to be deleted because it self-intersects and prevents installation, which is fucking insane because it clearly works just fine. I don't know where the intersection is or how to fix it.

Something seems to be going on with images that are being uploaded, and it is screwing them up being displayed properly when quoted.
For example, in this thread:
The second image is being shown as a JPG uploaded to KF, however, if you download the file and look at its encoding, it's actually a PNG.
When someone tries to quote the image, as I did, it is failing to render because the browser is likely trying to render it as a JPG when it is in fact a PNG. This is what someone sees when they try to quote that image:
If images uploaded are being converted to JPG, it doesn't matter, but they actually have to be transcoded and not just stored with a different file extension.
