When I paste or upload images to the site regardless of their format, they convert to Webp.
I'm using Brave. Could be a Chromium thing. It's inconsistent.
I had to opt not to thumbnail the image so it'd showup, sorry Null.
 
I'm getting that shit again where I make a post and it stays in the post box
 
Uploads have been timing out a lot, so if I accidentally like 20 copies of the AI-separated stems for Kanye West's "Heil Hitler", sorry Null. *sigh*

For example/more detail: large-ish (i.e. audio or video) files will upload to 100%, but not be insertable :tomgirl: and disappear when refreshing the page.

...wait. Got the "Files are still being uploaded" error, posted anyway and the attachment was there. Edited the post and it inserted just fince.

Im having the same issue as well but even with smaller files below 5 MB.

I'm trying to upload a 47 MB archive of a YouTube video and it's just impossible. Gets to 99 or 100% and hangs. Back in the old days it'd often become insertable upon refresh but not now. I've probably tried 20 times now.

I too have had uploads failing recently. A 13MB .mp4 would fail at 75% or 100%. Uploaded the .mp3 since it was primarily audio and it went through fine at ~3MB.

Video uploads are taking a bit long, probably around 1MB a minute as of edit time. Uploaded a 10MB video twice in different posts and neither of them failed, just slower than usual.

Throwing in my report as well, uploading images seem to be doing ok for me, but videos are sitting at 100%.

Dragging and dropping the videos into a post does not seem to work well, but if you "attach multiple files" it will work for a handful of them. Once an upload is sitting at 100%, refreshing the page usually brings the file into the bottom bar and it becomes insertable.

Sometimes it "hangs onto" the last succesful uploaded file and will display that instead of the one you intended to upload.
