As I understand it he's saying that it was 4AM on his end so he was sleeping and a Discord text just isn't going to alert him to the issue in the same way that a loud phone call would.
 
I’m not sure if it’s the website or if it’s just me, but zooming in when you click on a full view for an image (namely when posted as a thumbnail or long chatlog screencaps) when on mobile gets pretty fucky. Like, you can’t scroll around and it just goes haywire until you refresh the page. It’s minor, but I’ve found a workaround by clicking the download button opens it in a new tab and you can zoom in to your heart’s content. Not sure if it’ll be fixed, as it’s really minor, but at least there’s a workaround.

Speaking from an outsider perspective, there may be value to defining a more formal customer support strategy. @Null obviously cares about problems on his Farms.

In the case where problems occur outside of his usual working hours (1000-0200 GMT) is there a section of trusted people who could be designated to act as level 1 support and verify continuous access issues from multiple geographic locations before giving him a ring?

I am available for further consulting on making of delivery of the best practice in the customer support.

I really don't know much about cloudflare but is there a cost/fee associated with them mitigating an attack on a site(Kiwifarms in this case?).
 
The bug where when you try to add a tag to a thread it sometimes wipes all the previous ones seems to still be in effect after the forum migration. For a little context, I doubt I've ever added one to this entry before as I don't know the cow. I don't know if you keep logs of changes and can recover the ones wiped here when trying to add one, but my 10 max permissions can't re-add them all.

Uh, whatever you recently did to try to address the ongoing attacks seems to have made things worse. I am having to try like 20 times to get past the 502 bad gateway/ssl messages, previously I'd only get one once in a while, even if the page took a little longer to load.

Have you just decreased a timeout or something? Anyway it seems to happen on any given page, for any given activity. The main kiwi farms page, posting a message, replying, liking, etc.

I'm using google chrome on windows 7, doubt it matters but there you go. Now I will proceed to hit post reply 50 times until it takes.
