Is anyone else having issues liking/reacting to DM messages?

I used to be able to award different stickies to Direct Messages, or at the very least like it. Now if I try to give a different sticky, it gives me an error, and if I try to like a message it tries to update before timing out and giving me an error. I've noticed this for about a month or so.

I've seen a couple of instances where someone has double-spoilered a video ( put it in a drop-down box AND blurred it)

This results in a blurred out video player. On mobile, you would normally tap the blurred text to remove the blurring, but you cannot with the video player.
