Saw a return of random 429 errors this evening. Hadn't been moving around rapidly or opening many threads at once. Not sure if because of your tinkering or what but I hadn't seen a single 429 error since KiwiFlare went up

I have also seen a return of 429 "Too Many Requests" error. I also haven't seen the KiwiFlare page in the last few days. Was it taken offline?

He said on MATI that he's working on upgrading it so that your verification persists between sessions or some such, which will be great because it was tedious dealing with KiwiFlare every time I opened another page.

For some reason the interface completely shits itself on mobile and does these huge paragraphs by itself. Has been for like a month now. Is this a known issue? I'm using brave.

Thankyou for all you do Null, it's very impressive watching someone figure out an infinitely complex system of supporting free speech on the Interwebs. I hope you always have the motivation to dig into the codes and look into routes of success, because a tremendous amount of people count on you, and you've done a stupendous amount of good in peoples' lives by maintaining this island of freezepeach in a dark sea of propagandistic control, insane gatekeeping, and sadistic abuse of power.
Thanks again o7 may we who are about to sneed, salute you

Got a bout of these a couple of times today. Everything else has been working great.
An unexpected database error occurred. Please try again later.

t. tor browser/clearnet site

edit: Been logged out a couple of times now, seemingly random. I'd go to interact with something and be told I need to be logged in.
Haven't had any database errors since I initially posted this.

Vivaldi 5.7/Chromium 110, Win10, clearnet. Leaving a KF page open in a tab for too long ends up causing the page to get unresponsive. Right click menu will open with a delay, scrolling will be slow, or it will refuse to scroll until I refresh after which it goes back to normal. I think it happens on threads that also load the chat for a given subforum, which might be the source of the issue.

429 Too Many Requests- Emote use and search from submission form.
URL/Hyperlinking not working Working now!
Win10/Firefox/PIA VPN (ATL, DC, FL, TX)/Normal Comment Submission Box
Not huge/site breaking and I have clear steps to reliably avoid/work around, providing info here for reference.

I noticed last night when opening the emote thing in the submission tool it starts throwing an error like this if you search. After this error happens, attempting to do anything else will get you a 429 response. Refreshing alone does not work, refresh+cleared cache works sometimes, and changing VPN location+clear cache+refresh resolves the 429 error every time.
I can confirm this is how the issue happens most of the time. VPN switching solves it every time. I'm on Brave tor now and 429s are happening quite frequently. Can't seem to just switch nodes so I have to restart the whole thing.

Kiwiflare is working great but it seems to be fucking with chat a little. Having to refresh and go through flare to get chat to reconnect/update

Posting and quoting is still being extremely fucky and awkward, and basically requires you to use the [] symbol (is the BBCode? I don't know tech stuff?) to be able to post.
Any attempt to use the normal post outside this mode causes it to keep jumping the page up and down, and everytime it does it it adds spaces between paragraphs, and tries to include what you wrote with the quote, requiring me to go in and delete the [/QUOTE bit at the bottom and put it in myself at the end of the quote I'm trying to quote.
Basically outside the mode where you can add in the code things yourself, it's extremely neurotic and almost unusable at times.
Sorry if this isn't a better description, I'm not a tech guy.

Yeah this is the problem I was talking about.
It only happens on mobile now I think of it.

I can't react "DRINK!" on any posts. Also some of the other reacts don't work.

Am I retarded, like I have to be some World of Warlock level 69 and they're some kind of special 'negative vote'? Or is it fookin broek?

Edited to add: also when do you get to edit the tagline?

DDos retarding is pretty overzealous in reacting to visiting the site on tor, every single time you ping the site it forces a refresh and another look at the page. I'm guessing this is just happening while it's still being tinkered with. It seems to calm down after it does it a few times.
