Opening the Smilies menu, trying to search, and getting a 429 error is something special. XenForo fucking sucks.

Telegram sucks for requiring phone numbers and login-gating site announcements.

The website is 503ing again. It came back up but chat is fucking up and disconnecting a lot.
 
would it be possible for the front-ends to prioritize those with valid login cookies

if someone starts abusing them you'll know a user
 
I took a pass at improving the 429 errors. Let me know if you still get them. 429s should only happen if you've not already passed the guard and therefore you can should only experience them before receiving the flare page and never after.

I just experienced it a bit, but I don't know if I was simply clicking too fast. I was flipping through some pages in the Chudbud trashfire thread, when it happened. I waited a bit, it got better, but then happened one more time. Now it doesn't seem to happen anymore.
 
Tildes don't seem to show up when used as diacritics on regular text posts anymore, though I remember seeing them when I first joined the site. You can test this out by copying and pasting the text below anywhere else (such as in the address bar or a .txt file), and you'll see what I mean. The tildes are still there, they're just invisible.

A few hours ago I was getting 429 errors when I had just logged on and clicked 2-3 links, only recent time I've had that happen though. Also out of curiosity is it an issue for everyone that there's two kiwi flare checks when first connecting? I'm able to replicate it consistently with incognito tabs (also happens outside of incognito mode as well, using brave with brave shields down for KF) where I'll get the kiwi flare page then click through 3 links and on the 3rd one it takes me to another kiwi flare check, works fine afterwards though.
