Agree. I really would like to know what it could be that would cause clearnet to fail to upload images but have Tor upload them perfectly (just had to do so in another thread).

The issue has gotten worse again now images posted via tor are not showing up for people on clearnet when you used to be able to get around this by going to tor to post.

Me too, that’s why I came here! Glad to know I’m not the only one getting this strange error( usually the photos just “upload” and don’t load a preview and the “insert” box.

Dude youre a lifesaver.

Some images actually load and even the ones that dont right away load once you click on them and go to the image viewer thingie.

So yeah, at least Hungary seems to be pretty good. My usual go-tos of Netherlands and Israel were not helpful at all.

Try setting your VPN to Europe. Slovakia works well for me

Is there a long term problem with thread highlights? I'm seeing a couple of threads I infrequently visit where the highlights stopped generating around the start of April. Some of them, like the currently featured Ethan Klein thread, show no highlights at all, not even the feature itself.

Also getting the image problems others have outlined, thumbnails show up but clicking on the image gives the "requested content can not be loaded" error.

anyone else cant see the new sleeping ethan emote? it was working for me initially but now nothing shows up, asked gunt chat but they said they can see it fine but for me it shows nothing but a 1x1 white pixel gif. tried different browsers and devices and i cant see shit

If you posted an emote I can't see it. The emote bar also shows blank spaces and broken images too where I assume there are some.


Also seconding that highlight generation is broken past a certain date, but existing highlights from before still work as normal.

Assuming your browser supports WebP (which all the decent ones do... https://caniuse.com/webp), open the source image in a new tab, and if it doesn't display there, Ctrl+F5 it.
