It can be handy if you're on an account that has more restricted edit or delete permissions and you need to have a mod fix your double post or you post something stupid you want deleted. No guarantees they'll delete it though.

uploads.kiwifarms.st is timing out for me so no pfps, etc. Maybe one of the IPs in rotation is dead?

I think there may have been some kind of regional issues going on. I had an issue accessing the site using Opera's free VPN, but changing the location resolved it.

The Opera VPN location that was originally not working appears to be an IP based in the Netherlands, but it seems to be working again now.

There was a node being DDoS attacked.

Yes. Sometimes you may have fedposted some dumb shit or said something you now realize was defamatory and since the Edit button goes away eventually, you might want it removed.

I once had a mod edit an A&H thread I made into some schizo shit, so I reported it myself, and then another mod fixed it

Pardon, I've been having issues with posting not working most of the time so far today since this morning. The biggest issue that hasn't been solved by repeatedly revisiting it to refresh and hit the post button again and again is a long post in a private DM chain. I'm trying to share my pumpkin honey cake recipe and the site's just not having it. :heart-empty:

My recipe poost still won't go through in the DMs. Is there anything aside from refreshing the page and trying the post button again that I should try? I've done this several times both on Tor and Librewolf with my VPN running, the latter variable not being something I'm willing to compromise on.

I just tried pasting in the post in question here to spoiler, and the site won't even allow me to preview my post with that included, so the issue is carrying over here, it seems. The post includes both bulleted and numbered lists as well as a couple of font colors and it seems to make no difference whether or not the spoiler mechanic is used. Hope this helps in some fashion.
