It happens in all browsers for me, they're all up to date. I'm using Windows 10 stable. It's been like this forever I just never felt like complaining.

It's not an image, it's an Emoji. Emoji is a Unicode thing and that appears differently in various browsers.

There's probably a fix to this and I'm just a dunce but for some reason, even on a computer, KF appears to be on mobile mode (no side columns, avatars are tiny and avatar banners stretch across screen).

It does that when you zoom-in a certain amount. Hold CTRL and scroll down on your mouse wheel to zoom out and see whether that fixes it,

Various interface icons are broken in Firefox. They worked perfectly a couple of days ago.

Custom ones like the Sonichu icon above work, but the rest doesn't show up. Strangely, if I load Kiwi Farms in Firefox's private window, everything works as it should. It doesn't seem to be caused by browser's plugins - switching everything off and reloading the browser changes nothing.
There are no problems with interface in Chrome.
OS is Windows 7 x64, just in case.

EDIT: the icons work at kiwifarms. is, but not at kiwifarms.net.

Changing it to 90% does "fix" it somewhat, but makes text smaller and doesn't scale things right. It used to look okay with 100%. It must be something weird with Firefox (Win7), it was working fine less than a week ago, and Chrome seems to run everything alright interface-wise (but I don't want to use Chrome, for obvious reasons).

this is weird. I find that this happens when the first subsequent post after the last post i viewed was either edited or merged by a mod.

Extremely superficial but how about automatically transforming links to kf threads into the thread title or possibly more info?

For example, turn https://kiwifarms.net/threads/steven-bonnell-ii-destiny-destiny-gg.29205/ into Thread: Steven Bonnell II / Destiny / Destiny.gg - Post #X.

Again, extremely superficial but would make linking threads simple in chat.

it's been gone for a pretty long time, people kept quoting the entire OP's.
if you want to quote something in the OP, just highlight the part you want to quote and press the context-sensitive button
