Feedback Technical Grievances

I'm not sure what the fuck is going on, but I'm routinely getting errors that look like this:

https://imgur.com/IYDIZ3m

And if I type kiwifarms.net in to the address bar, I often get redirected to localhost.

I have no fucking clue what this could possibly be, but when it happens, it doesn't just fail to connect to kiwi farms, but actually literally locks up the fucking browser and it even crashed my system entirely twice.

Once whatever this is happens, my browser is no longer capable of resolving any domain name at all and instead tries to resolve things like "new-posts" as domain names and basically is completely incapable of connecting to anything.

Not sure what got fucked up here, but it's fucked up and really fucked up.

Or it's unique to my system. MacOS current version with PIA as VPN. For some reason Safari seems to work, but both Roccat and Vivaldi are hosed to fuck.
When you are about to click a link, hover over it. If it says https://not-kiwifarms (i.e. https://chat, https://forum, http://find-new), that's the problem. It's omitting the top-level domain.

I don't know what could possibly be causing this or how it could be caused by the simple routing thing I just pulled off. Try restarting your browser and CTRL+F5'ing.

Some images aren't displaying for me in the Assigned Male thread. Any images I myself post work fine but I can't seem to view images posted by other users.

Yeah I've refreshed the page multiple times and it's done jack.
Okay, look, I'm going to need basic information information. If you're going to post in this thread, do me a courtesy and:

1. BROWSER
2. .NET or .IS (don't type it out fully because they word-replace each domain to the current)
3. Did you CTRL+F5? Did you restart your browser?

I also just got a popup telling me PIA updated itself, and things started working again. It's possible PIA did something really weird that coincided with this update. It was one of the weirdest goddamn things I've ever seen.

It's sorted now. I manually cleared my cache and it works.

It's actually working now. Apologies and thank you. :)

For future reference though:

1. Firefox
2. .IS
3. I usually just F5.

I think it was the cache flush by NULL. I had this problem with .net and it was clear it was the cloudflare cache.

It's not you. Really.

If you don't believe me read the RFC's

Fair enough.

The point is, it's fixed now.

I'm just telling people that they are not crazy. Back a while ago NULL said oh you guys must be crazy, but it was the same thing a cache problem, and well he told us to fucking refresh our browser. Ok then.

It's definitely cached. Clear your browser history for the last howevermany hours.

I've noticed that some of my notifications aren't coming in like they used to. I.e. some things get sent to me while others just don't.

Edit: Yah I know that I've only been here for a few days but it's noticeable.

The FontAwesome icons have been failing to load intermittently for me since yesterday.
