Their shapes don't match up the same at all. They're completely different fonts. The accented one has thicker strokes, and look at the serif on the top edge of the n.

Here's the font stack:
Quattrocento,"Palatino Linotype","Book Antiqua",Palatino,serif
Right click on it, inspect it, and go to the "Computed" tab of the styles. Scroll all the way down to "Rendered Fonts," where it tells you which fonts are actually used and how many glyphs from each font... one glyph from Quattrocento (that's the n), and one from whichever next font is available on your system (that's the ń).
