What does everyone think is the best King Diamond/Merciful Fate album? I love Melissa.
The Beginning is made up entirely of bangers. But look if you're into that, the whole discography is excellent. I just think they made their point on that first album and I rarely listen to later stuff.

Also this:

Christ Illusion was a pretty decent Slayer album, and it was nice to have Lombardo back.

How is Kerry King's solo album?

I compare the big 4 to the big 4 adult cartoons

Metallica is the Simpsons. Trail blazing and iconic in their heyday but have stuck around past that prime and the recent seasons/albums dont have the same magic.

Megadeth is south park. Not only is Rust in peace and the earlier seasons of south park iconic but South park stayed more solid as time went by and there are bangers nearly every season. Just like there are excellent songs on megadeth albums post countdown to extinction. Also both have edgy politics that arent that deep when you scratch the surface.

Anthrax is Family Guy. Great at what they do and sometimes it really hits the spot but just recycling the same gimmicks over and over.

Slayer I think is American Dad. Similar to Anthrax but better.

Fixed it for you.

Just dropping in bc BMSS has been mentioned. Creep Purple Records did another run of vinyl represses.

- each album on black vinyl (each 25€)
- LP deluxe bundle with all four regular albums, vinyl in special colors (100€), only available as bundle

The new vinyl presses will have sheets with the lyrics available for the first time.

A 5 CD bundle is still available (55€).

Flippers deserve the rope. I'd rather hang on to my first run vinyls and stay ignorant.
Hey no shame in figuring out how to make money. Remember how people were paying $300 for LLN bootlegs? Those fellas should have been bootlegging themselves. Instead it was some Chinese guy in Sydney.

also tax:

I've only heard Blasphemy Made Flesh, None So Vile and only one song off Whisper Supremacy (Cold Hate, Warm Blood).

Cryptopsy fans often criticize The Unspoken King but I've never heard it. Is that album as bad as they say?
It's pretty terrible. I think they peaked with None So Vile, but I think all their other albums are decent except for that one.

Six Feet Under is utter dog shit.
Never quite got the appeal. Specially after they kept releasing cover albuns. Barnes' voice is shot and I don't even know how did he manage to do that over time.

Perhaps his low guttural style was something he couldn't sustain or he did fucked up his throat by smoking too much weed.
How is Kerry King's solo album?
As predictable as anything else.
Fixed it for you.
Megadeth fans like to pretend Risk, The World Needs a Hero, Thirteen and Super Collider dosen't exist.
