How do you take a 5gb game from 2006, bloat it up to over 120gb, remove the color palette entirely and just make it generally run worse. I mean seriously, must be some incredibly talented devs on the team for this one.

Played a bit of it before I had to go to work. First impressions: main menu is super soulless. Angry MC with explosion behind them is top mid 2010 box art slop and I hate it. The logo by itself with the map in the background was kino, why change it?

Randomize character adds makeup to "body type 2" characters. No, I don't want to play a tranny orc, but I'm also not an artist who cares too much what my character looks like in a game where I'm playing in first person and wearing a full helm.

Oh this shit also told me my PC couldn't run the game cause I only had a quad core CPU, and it fucking NEEDS six cores. My ass. Total war games run just fine on my rig. I think it has to do with particle effects.

The UI for m&k is awful. Why do I need to hit fucking enter to loot items? This was resolved years ago in Bethesda games. Also you still have to open every container to loot shit. No looking at a corpse and looting ala fallout 4. Fucking mods added this to oblivion years ago.

Game looks good, but I'm still in the sewers and taking my time, so no idea if the art style holds up yet.

Seems like a lazy cash grab to make big bucks off console players who have been stuck with the base game on 360/PS3 hardware for a decade.

Apparently the reason they did not advertise normally it is because it is so dogshit they would only get bad reviews.

Baiting people into a 80$ nostalgia purchase of a dogshit game is exactly his style.

Anything that relies on OBSE won't be possible though until the devs can port it over.

I haven't had the chance to get home, download the game, and test it yet, but this is big if true.

Crashtastic but some of the interiors look really nice. I'm really not keen on the character models. Maybe its from dumping hundreds of hours into the original, but looking at them is like meeting an ex for the first time in years and something just doesn't fit right. You say "have you done something with your hair?" but it turns out she has Bell's palsy.
 
Didn't argonians look fucking ghoulish in the original too?
