Really any MelchiorDahrk quest mod is pure kino I can easily recommend but his Greymarch Dawn mod is awesome. Secrets of the Crystal City is really good too.
Imperial Employment Office is a fun faction mod where you're role-playing as a broke bum being forced into the Imperial Welfare Jobs Program where you do chores for people to get back on your feet.

TelShadow has a huge amount of great mods too.

There's also the Morrowind modding madness competitions held each summer. DarkElfGuy is the modding OG who started the tradition years back on Nexus and he lists all the mods submitted. Last year he got 174 mods alone for the competition. I've listed the last years top six as he lists them on profile. These can anything from quests, factions, dungeons, mechanics and more. They're a great place to start since everyone else in the "scene" has looked at which is the best already.

They revoiced a lot of the Shivering Isles NPCs with the new voice actors too, and to be honest I think the deliveries of the original voice actors were way funnier. They were more over-the-top and silly in a way that worked. It just works.

It looks a little more cartoony than the original to be honest, flatter textures and cleaner models; seems to be the standard for any mid-budget project these days and kind of reminds me of ESO.

I can't complain though, it's probably just what worked for the volunteers making it. As long as it runs better than the Jeetmastered version and doesn't make me feel like I'm gonna get cataracts like the original, I'm happy.

The side by side destroys bethesda as the areas and complexity adds a lot of realism to the once bland and empty areas. It looks lived in now, though I understand bethesda kept areas barren for consoles.

They'd make Elsewyr lame and turn it into some empty shithole desert, plus they would neglect to show all the different types of khajiit from the moon cycles. Black Marsh well I feel like that can't be done for a multitude of reasons. Its literally mostly endless swamp, disease and monstrous creatures or clades of Argonian bandits and assassins protecting their own interests and The Hist. Nobody has managed to get to the center besides the Argonians themselves.
