More unpopular opinions time. Mournhold sewers are criminally underrated. They're easily some of the best dungeon content Morrowind has to offer, being maze like and full of weird stuff like the part full of dwemer traps that you have to flood or the rat plague crypt with the uber mega death rape lich. Bethesda tried to do something similar with the Imperial City sewers but dropped the ball when it came to adding alcoves, hidden/sealed areas, and whatnot on the side. Of course, that all made sense with the present day Mournhold being built on top of the old mostly destroyed city but there was still a huge squandered opportunity. They did kind of get it right with the DC metro tunnels though.

Pretty close to finishing Arena, got 7 out of 8 pieces. Late game, I'm able to just go invisible and ignore most of the enemies in the dungeons now, though can still easily die if I run into one without a shield spell or spell absorb/reflect. I can see why heavy armour is restricted to certain classes, pretty sure my character would be god-tier if he was wearing it.

Wasn't expecting this from a tavernkeep...

The Argonians and Khajiit in this game just look like humans with weird skin, is that because of limitations or did they actually have different ideas for the designs back then?

From UESP, and presumably the game:
Many Khajiit have taken to painting their faces to more resemble their distant cousins, the predatory cats that hunt the great desert.
They were probably thinking of actual cats with "predatory cats" back then, and spent the whole series coming up with ways to justify it. Then again, the same source straight-up calls Argonians "reptillians", so IDK.

A Skyblivion team member did a stream, doing a couple of the Mages' Guild quests. I was skeptical about them changing things, but starting around 20 minutes he goes through a couple dungeons, and the visuals of them are better than anything Bethesda put out, then or since.

Been playing Morrowind a lot lately and an idea came to mind, would there be any interest in doing a Morrowind mod in line with the Kiwi Farms Community Doom Mapping Project? I'm thinking a compilation of interesting quests and dungeons on a rogue Shivering Isle (to explain the eclectic nonsense and crazy people on it), the Isle of Qi-ui, ruled over by the powerful dog shaped daedra, Lord Nuhl. Or something like that.

Completed Arena. The last few dungeons were an absolute drag to be honest, though that's likely just because I was looking forward to finishing it. Is there anything to do post-game or is that it? From the final slide, it kind of seems like they originally intended for the sequels to continue with the Eternal Champion as the protagonist. Are Battlespire and Redguard worth playing?

Is that a fucking Morrowind reference?!

there are no scenario where es6 is an actual good game even if we rate it on betheslop scale
Lol Bethesda hasn't made a good game in years so definitely. Still, people buy their games in droves but even then not as much as before. Now the real question is, will they make enough of their money to justify keeping the lights on once the Fallout show is done (I think it's losing its viewership even more after S2)? Starfield sold "well" but given Starfield alleged budget...if TES6 has anywhere near that budget they may not make their money back even with the IP doing the heavy lifting in terms of marketing.
