Every LE mod that isn't script extender or some other external hook should just work on SE
Yep, once I had a few of my mods come straight from LE. You might need to tweak some things such as save them through the SE creation kit so that it's form 44 instead of 43 but otherwise you should be good to go (I've had some form 43 stuff work with no issues before so it might now even be mandatory for a few plugins).
Most LE mods don't work obviously, but a decent number of them do. Mostly pure texture mods (they don't have an ESP or BSA, old BSAs don't work out the box but can easily be converted) and certain plugins that can simply be changed to form 44.

it's been so long I forget, are those the people behind feathered birdlike argonians who put "be gay, do crime" in daedric on random furniture?

I got a new quest in Old Ebonheart where you can guide an Indoril dark elf to the hideout of an escaped slave. Of course, I did my civic duty and guided him to his escaped farm equipment so he could shank the lizard. Great times.

I never understood why the beyond Skyrim team didn't just do bite sized but dense map releases like Tamerial Rebuilt because it at least keeps people interested in the project and probably more people working on the project.

Because trannies' 'contribution' to mod projects is loading over people doing the actual work, so nothing gets done, like if a company had five workers but fifty HR personel.

I always thought it was more important to release something in big mod projects, even if it has some incomplete features to generate buzz for the project.

<- just bought Skyrim for the fourth time award

it was like $10 on GOG and I'm in a vidya drought, figured that since basically nothing is compatible with that version I'll have an easier way and not get lost in an infinite pit of modding and actually give a vanilla+ playthrough a go - no SKSE, no SkyUI, no ENB (regretful because visually it really didn't age well, I might have to trannyshade it up), no dodges, no FNIS, no nothing
so naturally I started with a 30GB texture mod (vanilla shit just upscaled to 2/4k) and higher poly character models because I'm still haunted by the necrotic stumps of lower extremities everyone in that game has
it then crashed instantly when I enabled the official survival mod
