Well, jews are the smartest race and this plan has been in place since atleast the founding of America so even with a race that is much smarter than say your average nigger, internal/MSM influence has been beating it down over time until it's reached the point we are at today. Also technology is a big part of it; Gen Z were given access to the biggest library of information in human history, the Internet, and they used it for fucking tiktok. Big Tech has a big part in the whittling down of intelligence, so has the shoehorning of politics and brainwashing into the education system.
