I've brought The Librarian up a few times before in the Youtube horror channels thread, but I feel like a seperate thread about him works better.

Videos are pretty self explanatory, he mostly discusses and plays "creepy and comfy content" which is typically horror games.

He's a guy who spends most of his time playing creepy horror themed games or mods for existing ones like Minecraft. I personally don't mind him, though I do see him having some problems in the near future.

More specifically, he seems to have drunk the Boykisser/Femboy Kool-Aid, and considering that most of his fanbase seem to be teenagers or young adults...

Now I'm not going to accuse him of anything, but I wouldn't be shocked if some kind of allegations about him and his fanbase come out in the next couple of years or so.

Along with more traditional video game playthroughs, he also occasionally does urbex videos.

Whether you wanna sperg about him or discuss his content is up to you.

i think he has a tranny girlfriend named esther which is really weird and retarded but i like his channel, hes a wholesome innocent autist

the tranny girlfriend thing is probably a byproduct of his wholesome chungus autism being taken advantage of but i wish he got more views/subs

I think there might have been some politisperging related to "fascism" and "incels" at some point in a few of his videos, which is also probably due to his audience and discord tranny "girlfriend" rubbing off on him.

I don't watch every video of his, but from what I've seen, this is an accurate assessment of his content. The only politispergery I ever caught was in a (I think) GMod VR video, where he made some joke about Musk & Teslas, which... eh, fair enough, IMO, H1B Elon can go fuck himself

Librarian does have a Discord server though, and while there is a "no politics" rule from the one time I peeked in there, I can imagine there's probably some milk waiting to be harvested from the troons in his viewer base

I used to listen to his gameplay vids as background noise, it was pretty humorous to listen to the amount of reverence and awe he had for the most mundane low effort BS Gmod slop. He's definitely one of the higher quality channels in this niche.

I had to turn it off about a year ago because his voice just got too gay and performative. Not that it wasn't extremely gay to begin with, just started to get grating. Might go back and give his old stuff another chance, it's almost spook season.

Yeah here's a couple off the top of my head, not strictly GMOD but that niche. Surreal horror related art projects.


Probably the best channel around for this type of content, great voice, not overly cringe. The one drawback is that he's a massive weeb and that's always a little sus. But he doesn't seem like one of the bad ones and his catalogue is in the thousands at this point, so there's enough content there to last you months. I'd just steer clear of the weeaboo content.


And this guy, another classic, he's pretty much gotten burnt out of horror games and Gmod but again his old catalogue is in the thousands and he's pretty likeable and not weird. Also quite based and critical at times but not in a really annoying whiny sort of way (like Librarian gets sometimes.)
