Linux newgens always try LFS or Arch for their first distro sometimes without dual booting. My brother in HaShem, your drives is getting corrupted because of BitLocker because you didn't format it. If anyone asks, I throw them straight to Mint or Pop!, no discussion.

A few years back I was having issue with Lutris so I head over to the github pages and see an image of the strycore guy and my immediate thought was "I bet that guys a tranny or something"

Today, several years later I stumbled across his website while looking into Shadps4 runner support and saw he has "Androgynous Idiot" as part of his bio and he likes posts calling half of America Fascist.

Why are they ALWAYS like this? What is with this space?
Also... Super SUPER ugly dude.

I like the admission that endorsing the Wayland insanity means
The goal is, that xfwl4 will offer... as much as possible considering the differences between X11 and Wayland.
so the goal is that at some indeterminate future point... the replacement for something that currently actually works and provides normal GUI functionality will allow whatever small subset of that the Wayland freaks decide isn't too much trouble. Ambitious!

SO TRUE! These FOSS faggots need to hit the gym and groom themselves (not children)

I uh... don't think the gym can help here tbh. strycore 2.jpeg strycore.png

It could be interesting to see what it pulls off... I'm sure the Wayland cult would love a bare minimum wayland implementation thats a step up from TWMs.

Here's a conspiracy theory I came up with while watching Lundukes coverage of xfce working on the wayland rust implementation.

What if Lunduke actually just really cares about memory safety, and he knows all the trannies that run a lot of projects hate him. So he makes a big deal about rust constantly, to trick them into doing rust implementations.

Same for wayland. That's why he immediately made sure everyone knows xlibre is Lunduke endoursed, and look it says we don't want woke politics in the read me!

To make sure all the leftist trannies were sufficiently mad, and tried stopping it every chance they get.

Just a fun thought I had.

Or he could be trying to do his own research but does a shit poor job of it and requires his users to bring interesting things to his attention.

Idk. Anyway. Finished the video.

Didn't xfce have experimental wayland support before the start of this new one? I'm like 99% sure xfce's effort to support wayland isn't something new. But if I just learned about it from his video it would seem like they just decided out of the blue they need wayland support.

I know for sure lxqt has it. And I actually really like the approach they took. Which lets you bring your own window manager. So I could use hyprland, and run lxqt on top of it. Or people could use labwc if they like to use floating window management.
