I use librewolf almost exclusively and haven't seen any political bullshit yet. As far as I care, they can be as political as they want, as long as it doesn't affect the software, which I haven't noticed yet. That being said, Firefox is a sinking ship, so if they don't do a hard fork ASAP, I don't see Librewolf surviving.
You gotta take what you can get. Libreboot is also run by an explicitly political, stinkditch flashing, graphomania enjoying tranny, but it is still the best and most intuitive method of getting trustworthy* open source* firmware on your computer. Daniel Micay is a P{at Tomlinson tier lolcow, but he still produces arguably the best phone OS. The deeper down the priv/sec route you go, the wold becomes smaller, and the people wackier. People being whackjobs isn't enough of a disqualifying factor for me to not use their software. Librewolf is good, so is Libreboot, so is Graphene. You gotta pick your battles. Imo a tranny with the right underlying motives is still far better than some malignant glownigger/IBM employee a la Poettering or that other fag pushing age verification.
Ubuntu, POP_OS, elementary_os, Fedora, midnightBSD are all working on adding it.
