Saw the name of the thread and had massive nostalgia flashbacks. Mittens has been cancelled? Checked the Eve Online subreddit and this is the best summary I could find:

Mittens has apparently been banned from the SA Forums for his own problematic behavior.
I can't find any of the 'sex pest' allegations against Mittani, I'm not a member of the SA forums.

all of SA is deeply infested with awful troons and troon-adjacents with chronic internet poisoning so it wouldn't surprise me if this is all just ginned up bullshit. I've never been deep into EVE but I've frequently orbited the threads just to read about the exploits of Goonwaffe in all its various incarnations; anecdotally, it seems like every time there's a new Happening there's a bunch of people bitching about The Mittani for a bunch of petty reasons. I'm guessing the contour of this problem is he did something autistic in the presence of a girl and now everyone is falling all over themselves to loudly declare that it was v gross and that he should be thrown out immediately
I'm genuinely surprised he's still doing it after all these years. every other goonsperg I've heard of has had a limited tenure running an organization full of awful autists. eventually they get sick of everyone and/or everyone gets sick of them. maybe that's what's finally happening to Mittens, but given the current forum culture my estimation is that it's more likely the rot came from the bottom than the top

Some helpful goons have posted a nice guide to some of The Mittani's more recently famous antics, and here's an archive of that page, once the archiver isn't so backed up. There's an also a page for Xenuria on that website, a friend whom Mittani has been covering for for years, who is said to have done shit like post pictures of naked children on internet forums and try to send DVDs of child pornography to his internet enemies.
e: Here are screenshots of both pages of the website, while the archiver is still running. From the looks of how the page is built, the Xenuria page might not be archivable at all.

Short for Crowd Control Productions, I believe. They're an Icelandic company, and EVE Online is the only marginally successful product they've ever made. They also made DUST 514, a first-person shooter that was supposed to tie into EVE and sucked and was abandoned, as well as EVE Valkyrie, an Oculus Rift game that sucked and was abandoned.
They do have a Shanghai studio, which I believe was the one principally developing DUST 514, and is possibly why DUST sucked so bad. EVE itself is famous for spectacular development fuckups, such as the time they pushed out a routine update that deleted an important Windows system file and bricked a fuckton of computers.
e: People keep dragging out more shit from Mittani's past. There are claims that he tried to get some underage gay teenager to pursue a relationship with a CCP employee, presumably to acquire a new inside asset for his internet spaceship war.

this was a long time coming, and honestly the only reason the decided to step down is because those things were true, and most likely more was to come. You're talking about the guy whose entire life revolved around the spaceship videogame to the extent he quit his job and permanently linked his name to this character, the fucking sped had a linkedin with his main experience being spaceship shit iirc and had been at it for a decade now, zero chance of him stepping down other than to save himself from serious accusations.
