Unless Alice's account of sexual assault engenders a tidal wave of similar allegations against Ralph, he will not face prosecution for this. The story Alice told on the KC had several glaring inconsistencies, her record would grant Ralph's (court-appointed) attorney multiple vectors of attack, and the self-styled victim is not intelligent or composed enough to withstand cross-examination, especially at such an emphatic disadvantage. The DA's office would elect not to prosecute before you could say 'innocent'.
