Null has nuked sticker notifications. He, along with 28% of the site, insists that we're supposed to navigate the forum without real-time feedback or conversation, refreshing boards and profile pages individually to see what's happening.
I have been repeatedly informed that the Watch Thread feature is magical and solves every problem, from sticker sperging to gay furry ERP DMs to world hunger. However it only gives a single notification when a post is made to thread beyond your last read post, then goes silent. It doesn't reflect ongoing interest or reading in a thread, and can lead to
Since we're supposed to act like 4chan spazzes now, hitting F5 on catalog and ignoring post feedback (lest we become redditors), I encourage everyone to bump your favorite old threads. This will generate the "new post" notifications on Watched threads that are supposed to drive the site. It will also move that thread to the top of the individual board, indicating in a very official forum-like manner that it is a thread of interest.
You can bump currently active & moving threads too, if a few minutes go by without a new post. This will let everyone know someone is looking at the thread without relying on sticker notifications, thus fulfilling Null's grand vision for the site.
1. Instructions for properly conversing within a forum
1) Open a thread you are interested in.
2) Type the word "bump" in the Reply section at the bottom of the screen.
3) Click the "Post Reply" button.
4) Revel in Null's Love.

Congratulations! You have just saved the Kiwi Farms site from sticker fags, while avoiding the Twitter mind-killer of instant feedback. Be sure to bump every thread you find interesting, whether it's active, dead, or an outdated A&N article.
Remember, when you ride with stickers, you ride with Hitler.
