the word "transphobic" should be "transmisos"

The term used is actually Transmisia.

But I don't use either words. I'm not a "negrophobic", I just hate niggers. I'm not "transphobe" or "transmisic", I just hate trannies. I'm not "antisemitic", I just hate jews.
No need for fancy words. It's just a marketing strategy.

I thini we had a similar htread months ago, and I pointed out the name isn't as marketable as phobe.

Why is “transphobia” even a thing? It actually is insulting to people that have real phobias that they can not control, whether it’s being scared of spiders or heights.

The term used is actually Transmisia.

This newfound way of trying to create new forms of language to brown beat people into submission is the kind of thing that Communists used to do to keep people in line.

Granted there’s no gulags in any this, but it still doesn’t help that it looks way too similar from a propagandistic perspective.

The fear part isn't the problem, I'm sure plenty of people would say they do have some level of fear about troons but its the implied irrationality of it by calling it a phobia.

This trend of people focusing on the "fear" definition for -phobic is old and dumb. Teenagers thought it was clever in 2005, and it was dumb then, too. -phobic also means aversion, it always has. "having an intolerance or aversion for" is the first definition under -phobic in the dictionary. Only dumbasses think "transphobic" means "afraid of trannies."

As an aside, there was no entry for "transphobic" in my print dictionary from 2005. Insert shocked Pikachu face.

I personally just prefer "normal" as a catch all for being repulsed by the idea of bodily mutilation and high comorbidity with pedophilia.

In the before-times homophobia meant faggots were being beaten and killed.

Transphobia means using the wrong(correct) words to describe them.

this quibble over terminology is retarded and just as obnoxious as trannies quibbling over pronouns. who cares what stupid made-up faux-latin word the cultural scolds use to shame people into compliance. if you feel owned because somebody called you a transphobe then your problem is a lot bigger than labels.

that's fucking gay. "transphobe" is a better word because you can respond to accusations with just going "well yeah i drive an automatic but i don't think it's that big a deal"

Because pedophobia would mean an intolerance or irrational fear of children.
Pedophobia is a real thing - an irrational fear of babies and children, and not all that uncommon. Especially among younger women who have internalized teenage lessons that "babies and children will ruin your life" to an extent that they continue to fear children even when they're adults in a stable relationship.

I don't think there is a listed condition for fear of pedophiles, since such a fear is natural and rational, and should be to everyone.

I consider myself a transskeptic. I don't think a male can become a female or vice versa. On that note I think Gender is bullshit and doesn't exist.

I don't hate people who want to change their sex, I think it's morally wrong of me to not be honest in what I see as reality.
