Thinking about the Pentagon and 9/11

OK, just signed up to KF forum and have been thinking about the above .
Some things about 9/11 and the Pentagon that I question

The aeroplane hitting the Pentagon seems hard to believe .
Eyewitness reports stating it looked more like a missile than an aeroplane .
The aeroplane just making a small hole in the Pentagon wall as opposed to the big holes they made in the WTC.
The aeroplanes difficult/near impossible trajectory and the CCTV seeming doctored by the FBI .
Now IF 9/11 was planned by the U.S Government , it would have taken many people to be involved in the planning and execution .
The aeroplane hit the area of the Pentagon being renovated , which would have made it off-limits to other (non involved) Pentagon staff and could have actually been a mission HQ
Now, all these people would then become a danger to the secrecy of the scheme .
What better way to get rid of them all , than having them all congregate in the same place to carry out the mission and once the mission had been completed , silence them by killing them in the attack .
This is not something that I believed happened, it may or may have not have .
Just suggesting a possibility

My dad worked in the pentagon, and the only reason I grew up with a father was because the part that he worked in was being renovated and he was moved to the exact opposite side of the pentagon a few weeks before 9/11. I don’t know what scares me more, the idea that my dad was saved because he was too valuable and there was a high level conspiracy that had him moved in order to save him, or the fact that the only reason I grew up with a father was because of some random bureaucratic decision to renovate that specific part of the pentagon at sometime. I had a dad growing up, and that’s either because of conspiracy or pure dumb luck. I don’t know which alternative scares me more

The main instigators wouldnt have been there in the Pentagon .
Could have been just the people unwittingly involved .
Get some demolition experts in to plant "fake" explosives in the WTC's in the guise of it just being a drill
Tell them they are just smoke bombs and its a top secret practice drill in case there was an attack .
A meet in the Pentagon to carry out the drill .
On going practice/drill , flights have ben hijacked , set the smoke bombs off .
Lock the Pentagon doors , just as they realise its real .
Send a missile in , all people and evidence gone
And leave an aeroplane wheel on the lawn for good measure .
I would have thought there would be aeroplane wing markings on the building due to impact

Just suggesting a possibility .
Theres a difference between being a conspiracy theorist and having a discussion about a subject .

Do you know what renovations were being carried out ?
Was it just a general painting and decorating job or was there specialist communications equipment being installed ?
Or were they installing reinforced internal doors which could only be opened from the outside ?
Interesting that he was sent to the other side of the building , was he still able to go back (for any reason) to the old place of work, the part that got hit, or was that area then off limits ?
