Found this guy from a YouTube "documentary" and he might be worth a thread. Kais Maalej / Qais al-Muajalij(?) / CrinkleFriesNYC is a delusional stock "influencer" from Queens (originally from Tunisia) who posts frequently on YouTube, Twitter, and Reddit. He has a deep love for Bed Bath & Beyond (BBBY), a stalkerish obsession with investor Ryan Cohen, and a deep hatred for CNBC's Jim Cramer and BBBY CEO Sue Gove.

Kais has built up a complex conspiracy theory around BBBY, where investor Ryan Cohen (and Elon Musk) merges BBBY with Gamestop and Kraft-Heinz into Gmerica TEDDY in order to take down Amazon. This was, of course, predicted 100 years ago by Teddy Rosevelt and hinted at by Cohen's autistic tweets as well as cryptic messages in children's books. Believe it or not, he's part of a larger group of delusional BBBY bagholders with an obsession with Ryan Cohen, who unironically parrot theories very similar to Kais' own.

What makes Kais especially stand out from the usual gaggle of investment redditors is the batshit stunts he pulls on his YouTube videos. This includes holding up traffic to harass a trucker, calling an OBGYN pretending to be Ryan Cohen [47:08], getting caught trespassing at a BBBY fulfillment center [58:50], pretending to be a deliveryman to "prove" that a former BBBY CFO's suicide was faked [1:01:07], getting warned by the police for trespassing at the BBBY headquarters [1:19:00], pissing on the CNBC headquarters sign [1:27:38], and harassing journalists [1:30:22].

Though given that BBBY's being completely liquidated and its shares cancelled, there's a chance he'll either fizzle out or there will be an explosion of hilarity when his delusions don't come to pass. Though if anyone thinks he's worth a thread still, help archiving and digging would be nice.

This is interesting because I lurk on the BBBY subreddit you linked and also PPShow sub where Kais calls in regularly on the stream.

I actually invested into BBBYQ recently because of the short-term squeeze potential. It's an all or nothing play since they could go bankrupt or get out of Chapter 11 and literally 100X the money I put in, based on prior precedent set by Overstock going from $3 to $120, Hertz going from $2 to $100 and American Airlines going from $0.20 to $20 after filing and coming out of their respective Chapter 11 bankruptcies in the past.

That said, the reason why I put money into this in the first place was after observing the many parallels of how mainstream media has handled COVID (and the whole storyline like vaccination good Ivermectin bad, vaccines don't cause heart attacks, unvaccinated bad for you) versus how they've handled Gamestop, Ryan Cohen and the topic of shorted stocks in what they call the "meme stock" saga.

Ryan Cohen might just be involved and I don't think he's "out" of the play despite selling all the BBBY stock and call options he had last year in August 2022, given how badly he wanted Buy Buy Baby before that and how RC Ventures is all over the BBBYQ bankruptcy dockets that started coming out this year in April 2023.
