Someone I know who's into hobby linguistics stuff shared this guy with me:
reddit.com/u/JohannGoethe
He appears to have some idiosyncratic hatred for
Proto-Indo European (reconstructed language generally accepted as the root ancestor of many languages today) which he denounces a falsehood. He has an entire subreddit for complaining about it and making fun of people who believe in PIE, called
r/PIEland. Mostly nobody posts in his subs, but sometimes people drive by to call him an incorrect retard and he seems to engage with most of them.

He has many, many subreddits of this nature of a variety of topics, some for weird linguistics theories, some for weird takes on atheism, some other wacky stuff. I'm pretty sure this isn't even all of them. I am not going to sift through and try to decipher all of these.
His main theory in opposition to PIE is that all those languages actually originate from Egyptian.
Here's a chart he posted in a more mainstream sub, r/usefulcharts.
Unlike in linguistics subs (he appears to be banned from many) many normies don't know better and his post manages to have a slightly positive vote rating, but some people complained about his theory being a load of nonsense:
(TLDR: Janny leaves the post up to welcome "alternative perspectives," other redditors complain that OP's theory isn't just unpopular but straight up conspiracy trash.)
As I mentioned, he has a track record of responding to his critics, whether directly or by complaining on his own subs when he is blocked from replying.

TLDR: ???, but he mentions that he has gained the ire of multiple groups of a-logs.
You may notice quirks like the fact that he inserts emojis throughout his writing. I am not entirely sure why, but I assume it has to do with his fixation on Egyptian language/hieroglyths. You may also notice his unique dating system. As a staunch atheist, he refuses to refer to dates in relation to the birth of Christ, but instead by the year of the observation of the atom (1955). Obviously, he's still forced to add in the real year so everyone else can have some fleeting hope of knowing what the heck he's talking about.
r/theparty is where I learned what his year system is supposed to be. As far as I can tell, this is his fanfiction about the top 1000 geniuses of all time meeting up for a party.

(This is his own screenshot. Also see r/top1000geniuses)
I'm not going to screenshot the full length of this, see
his own description of what the party entails. (
Archive)
I will include this part of
his fanfic about meeting Nietzsche (
Archive), however, because the idea of shouting "Do NOT go to that horse

!" to Nietzsche with the verbal inclusion of the horse emoji moments before the tipping point of his mental breakdown had me cracking up.
By the way, on
r/smartestexistive, he lists himself as the smartest person alive.
There is just way too much to cover and I've only touched upon two small facets. This is a huge rabbit hole for a very unique individual. I will finish with his
list of words he hates to be called (and frequently gets called):

TLDR: schizo, insane, mentally ill, anti-semetic, pareidolic, crazy, apophenic, lunatic, racist, numerology (his theory r/Alphanumerics gets accused of this), cussing during debate
Apologies for awful mobile screenshots and unarchived links, can't access my computer right now. I will say that he appears to possibly be a fan of archiving his own work because I found
this archive that he created. He has a wiki called
Hmolpedia but I am not sure how to describe what's going on.
