There is just one problem, His first season of COSK did well because people believed it was real. When he had to admit it not only was bullshit, but he made it all up himself people lost interest.

It would be a real shame if someone torpedoed the project with flagging.

A: Absolves all bad behavior from their tribe while exaggerating bad behavior from other tribes.

C: Coercive power among social media and the legal process. Do these individuals try to shift things to their favor through reporting/signal-boosting/shitposting and legal threats?

E: Ever-changing personal connections and destroying them based on perception. Shifting alliances and enemies based on mental illness.

A rat might have one or two of these qualities, but if they're A.C.E certified - they're a Rat KING.

There's a degree of difference when it comes to these guys having at least some degree of clout over the field they're bitching about (i.e if Rebecca actually works at Riot Games / has been associating with Daniel Klein) versus Tumblr users who literally have absolutely no power/influence over anything.)

Whether or not Rebecca is a full Rat King still depends less on whether they know the specific Nyberg / Laurelai / NekoArc connection, and more on them fulfilling the criteria mentioned. And they have connections to different major Rat Kings according to the op so if the information checks out they're not just a random nobody sperging about GG. So far their connections and the way they're acting sure is hinting towards them being enough reminiscent of a Rat King that it warrants their stay in the sub for the time being, but I'd hope to hear from @Smutley / @introman / @chimpburgers what they think about this particular person. Considering @Smutley has been credited in helping to create the thread, I'm assuming they think Rebecca is a Rat King and based on the thread's presentation thus far, there's really not much evidence to suggest that they really *don't* belong to the Rat King circle, and thus they'll stay unless there are convincing arguments to the contrary.

She has never interacted with Phil and even though she's friends with Kylie Brooks, does not involve herself with other members of the Rat King. There is no true connection.

A Rat King clarification for Kiwi Veterans and newcomers alike.

There are actually several rat kings, but the hallmark is that each one is, in essence, a network of cows.
There are three "big" ratkings of note:

1. The Zoe Quinn Rat King (Crash Override Network)
2. The Nora Reed Rat King (The Norasphere)
3. The Laurelai Bailey Rat King (SJWiki And Friends)

Naturally, there are lesser Rat fiefdoms and duchies, but these are the three main Rat Kings, and as you may have noticed, there's more than a little overlap between the three. In fact, you can't usually spit in any one of these three groupings without hitting at least four people associated with one of the other Rat Kings. I'm dead fucking serious. Follow a few dozen twitter posts of Nanners (for example), and you'll see Gallant, Reed, and more. It's like the Autism version of Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, except there's only one to two degrees and it invariably ends in 'tism and troons.

This occurrence is so frequent and so systemic that I eventually gave up on my ongoing Lolcow Drinking Game bit (posting "take a shot" if there was a cow crossover) because counting all the crossovers proved fucking impossible. Not even Kengle is capable of this amount of lolcow centralization; it's truly a sight to behold.

In general, if a cow falls into one of the above three groups (spoiler alert, Becks is in at least two), it's usually better off in the Rat King subforum than in Lolcows. There's simply too many crossovers happening to simply not cover that in a concerted area where the rest of the rats are hanging out, and if the user is in one Rat King, odds are good they'll show in the others as well. Becks is an exception to this; though I'd make the argument that her Rat King candidate status is unquestionable, she has enough broad appeal and is flat-out fucking insane enough to merit her own thread outside of this.
