I don't care if you're polite or not, I just thought it was funny and hypocritical that you would point out someone else's rudeness.

But yeah, you're not gonna change anyone's opinion here. Gloria is a comically bad writer and her family is crazy. Haven't you ever slowed down to check out a car wreck?

All I'm saying is that criticizing things like getting married* is really kind of...shallow. I'll leave if I'm not welcome, though it seems like yall want to keep me around for some comic reason or whatever.

Yea, gossip and all. I have read a lot of shit posting lately about her and looked at her pages, strolled around about her a while and I just thought this was an exceptionally horrible thing to read. But that's my opinion. I thought I would make it known and whatever abuse I just brought on myself I can handle. Like I said, her writing is sub par, but shes still a person.
Other than that I might just stick around for other content on this site. I might just learn a few things about explicitly what not to do when I do decide to pursue a professional career.

Step two: don't take the internet seriously. At all.
Step three: work on becoming a decent writer first and don't worry about PR until after you've got a publishing deal lined up.

@seriousblogger, as a writer I hope you'll also appreciate the characters and the drama here. There was a major plot twist somewhere around page 80 of this thread which made Gloria a much more interesting and even sympathetic person than she would have seemed otherwise.

One more thing: other internet sites (Anti-Shurtugal, Conjugal Felicity, also SwankIvy's video on YouTube) have been pretty aggressive about digging into the facts of Gloria's career. She's aware of them, and has brushed them well off and continued with her fantasy life. I don't think she's the type to be cowed by a forum full of gossipmongering shitlords.

I do, it might give me some spice to use in future characters. But I've looked around page 80 is there a chance you could show me exactly what you were pointing me toward? I'm lost lol.

Give it time. It took her awhile to rise above the other scene kids to ascend to lolcow status. After laying low for a few years, it'll take time for Jessi to build her autism levels back to full power and reclaim her lolcow throne.

To be honest, I really do feel this ain't no lolcow. Also, I think it's pretty sad people are stalking him for dumb-ass reasons, too.

He could stand to aim higher than fast food and grocery store stuff, I'm sure, but let's be brutally honest - how many food critics do you know have the courage and self-respect to do what he's doing and be proud of doing it? Yeah - can't name any, myself - most of them are too busy being snobs at restaurants serving food most of us can't really afford often, unless it's a special occasion.

Yeah... This guy has my respect for putting himself out there like this and not coming off as a complete snob, obviously. Unless he's made vids of himself being paranoid (which he should not do at all.), this man is not a lolcow - he just needs to find better work & pay for himself, while enjoying what he does, of course.

I'd like to request to place further "not a Lolcow"-commentary into Thread Watch or if you have *really* pressing concerns over the cow's thread, PM a Moderator /tag them in chat / Report the thread or open up a Talk to Staff especially after it's clear that the thread has been okayed by staff (i.e you see staff members posting in it). Repeatedly raising the question whether a Person of Interest is a cow or not after the thread has been established to be okay in the thread itself is clogging the thread up with non-content.

While it's understandable that people want to discuss the meta of the threads, it'd be considerate toward the posters of the thread to save said meta discussion to the appropriate area, and tag people who you'd want to join in on the discussion.
