THEY STILL UPLOADED THE VIDEO TO TIK TOK.

Is Tiktok humor genuinely unfunny shit or am I just getting old and bitter?
What staggers me is how we went from "don't tell people your name online because you don't know who we are" to 12-year-olds directly uploading videos of them twerking to a Chinese datamining app and nobody gives a fuck anymore.
 
Because it doesn't make sense. New boards work when they primarily cater to a distinct audience. I've toyed with boards over years and using them for organization is not functional.
Maybe you're right, I'm not sure. A general social network subforum would encompass such large swathes of the Internet that it would probably lose focus fast if it lacked specificity in scope. I still favor the idea, but maybe what we need instead are more Community Watch threads.
