She's a boomer, bless her heart. She's finally noticing the shit we've been doomposting about for years. Watching her surprise that Twitter only censors political speech they don't like was adorable and embarrassing. Like my father when he first found Facebook.
I almost lost it when she started talking about 'corporate communism' or wikipedia being maliciously edited to prove political points like she was the first person to see it. I just wanted to pat her on the head and hand her a cookie.

Fair enough, I do think she made a good point about calling for recording of votes as opposed to doing voice votes only. Not sure how true that story is, but that's pretty good of her if it is.

If anything she said about congress is legit (and I don't see why she'd lie about something that could be easily debunked) then there are a few points to take away
a) The politicians aren't doing their jobs
b) The politicians are working towards an agenda that would make their voters extremely upset
c) The politicians don't want the American voter to know either of these facts
d) The politicians, when they know the American voter will know, will work against that agenda to keep their cushy jobs
Which shows that;
a) They are afraid of the American voter
b) The hold the agenda and its pushers have over them is not so complete that they can over-rule that fear
c) Voting is still a powerful enough force in the United States to keep some level of accountability

So yeah, go boomer blonde. Elect more like her and force every vote like she did. It won't suck out all the poison but it'll get plenty by the sounds of it.

i think it's probably true. i've heard her on another podcast talk about that and it doesn't sound rehearsed. when she was pressured into knocking it off she was basically like "no, fuck you, we're going to do our jobs" and pissed everyone off. the fact that she namedropped virginia foxx as the one who told her "we don't want to be on record" was wild, i wonder if she'll catch shit for that.
 
At this point if anyone wants Tim to address cuck Murphy situation the only way is to everyone to just superchat about Jack, I know there is alot of beanie guarding going around, but it would be extra :story: if Tim goes: "Lets go to superchats" and there is no superchats except :chicken::chicken::chicken:

I'm only just now getting into the Marjorie Taylor Greene show. The more I listen to her the more I like her. No wonder twitter kicked her off, she seems legitimately based and naturally able to communicate with other boomers.

What Tim doesn't realize is that GETTR will probably be a "right-wing" echo chamber simply because the left wing will refuse to come over and debate at all. So the right would invite them and the left would refuse the invitation. Remember, the left believes that just talking to the right is cancellable.

Even in Hollywood you look close enough, you find everyone has at least some part Jewish to get in the club. Look at Sylvester Stallone's mother to see what I mean and it won't be pretty.

Fuck sakes Vito. I do think Metokur has a point though, the biggest issue is advertising it as a free speech platform as the defining feature, because the vast majority of people probably aren't affected by censorship, or at least aren't aware they are. If any platform wants to take off and benefit from a migration, it will have to find a different angle, while still upholding free speech.
