I used to like this guy but hes started to do the same thing that has led other journalists to be shit. He’s buying into his own brand and trying to make his opinions or himself the story instead of reporting.
 
Has he actually done on the ground reporting recently? At this point he seems to have devolved to reacting to headlines. The whole reason he blew up was that he wasn't afraid to do on the ground journalism, not to become another skeptic reacting to "muh liiibtards".

I don't know about any ground-reporting recently, though I won't hate on him for not doing more of that. He did a lot of traveling both domestically and globally in the recent year, covering some stories in South Korea, Spain, France, etc., so I can't say that the guy is some lazy hack that's never left his house.

But yes, I do agree with how this current shift in terms of content is pretty lame.

It will be interesting when Tim Pool's internal struggle between current events driving him right vs his internal leftist bias (a simplistic analysis, but an accurate one, I think) reaches a climax. He might rebound so hard when that snaps that he may become an unironic national socialist
 
Difference between Tim Pool and Matt/Boogie is Tim Pool actually leaves the house and enters uncomfortable social situations.
