They're working on a few songs at once, he mentions to Tim he's working on one of them and Tim tells him they already finished that one to which Carter is happy he didn't send over his work to some other guy working on it with them. Just a ton of mistakes like that by him, where he's doing one thing but Tim needs him to do another.

He was on a trip recently and the shuttle service lost 5,000$ of his luggage, he was told they'd cover it and he bought everything again but now the hotel and shuttle services are in dispute with one another so he's just out the cash until one of them bends and covers it. Dude is just a mess.

Why are they working on songs anyway? This stupid company...I think Tim is really overestimating his own popularity and success. Didn't he comment on news organizations doing this in 2016 when there was a huge demand for Trump and then by 2018 they all had to make massive layoffs because no one cares about the news outside political years?

I think music is just Tim's passion project, as he made that one song a while back and it wasn't bad. They also apparently hired the drummer from The Offspring who was fired after not getting the vaccine due to a pre-existing condition.

Kind of, it wasn't just Tim who said it but basically it was the news companies went hard on Trump news to the point that that was their only audience and when Trump faded they didn't have an audience outside of that. I will give Tim credit on this one, he is aware of revenue dropping after the political cycle for the year/4 years ends but that's why he made his subscription service. His spending seems crazy high though, it didn't start off too bad but now it's just constant random crap and hiring coming in, and he does openly note that all of the side projects are losing money but they intend to get them in the black eventually.
