No, that's all that is. I'm guessing the real reason is because more and more people hate Tim now and looking for any excuse to bring him down. The two things that were actual criticisms with merit was his Subverse lolsuit and his association with Jack Murphy.

Huh, seems like Tim was just a bad boss to me and didn't know how to mediate between Lydia and Adam. Also only hires random scrubs rather than paying for professionals, which we've also seen with the failure of Subverse.
 
This whole thing is a nothingburger. I really expected more juicy details, like orgies and Jack Murphy. Adam also says he didn't give Tim an ultimatum about choosing him or Lydia, but he also didn't correct Tim when he said that. Two possibilities with Tim and Lydia.

1) Tim recognized Lydia is a threat and backed down in fear of her. Groupies are crazy people and rockers have a point to dump them at the earliest opportunity.
2) Tim just says whatever he needs to say to get what he wants all the time and avoid confrontation. Which we see all the time with his BS videos.
