If he was smart he'd put a proper fence and guard booth where he has the shitty chain get now, and station one of his private guards he hires now to sit in there. The more legitimate and professional the place looks, the less likely the cops are to barge in.
Nah, because then the cops will call it a compound, and we all know what happens when you have one of THOSE.*

I wonder if I should thank God that Tim doesn't use Rick and Morty to make his points or curse God because he does that with capeshit and star trek.

Edit: tonight's show is shit. Tim has on some groid and surprise surprise another jew. Jew cries about trump saying we should execute drug dealers. Oh no won't somebody think of of the poor dope dealers : ( this is why libertarians are more useless than Republicans. They're spineless on everything. At least neocons bombed people for what they wanted.

He doesn't even use good "capeshit," it's all modern Disney product references. No respect for the classics.

This just in, boys. Tim talked about his lolsuit plans. When he mentioned someone defaming him on YouTube, he was talking about Cenk saying he wears a beanie to contain the pedophilia.

Yes, it is very serious to call a middle aged man a pedophile. But you have suffered no damage, Tim.
Archive for the people not wanting to watch it on YT and posterity:

That's hard to say without the back end being known, though if he's smart and wants to really fuck with TYT if he had any decline anywhere in his business, he can try to link it to that statement even if it's nebulous. A good lawyer can always find a way to fuck a person over, but it's Tim, so he'll probably hire someone like Kevin Landau in typical lolsuit tradition.

I think Disney is the very epitome of capeshit with all of the new crap their pumping out. Sure, Nolan's Batman or the original Iron Man might be capeshit related, but as a movie they can stand on their own without you really needed to have an investment in the hero. Same with the Joker movie, which could have dropped the Joker angle and been better for it, but probably would have gotten less sales as consoomers are retarded.

That's not to say they're amazing movies, just that they have real merit beyond the "oh so wacky capeman says smug thing to villain" like all of the recent products they've made.

No, pretty sure he didn't suffer any monetary damage. After being accused of a pedophile, he got Kanye onto his show and the footage very clearly shows Tim fucking up, not some weird prejudice against beanie pedos.

To this day I'm still skeptical any swatting of his has been legit. They always seem to happen whenever there is some drama around and I really don't see Tim being hated enough to get swatted.
One of them was filmed, so we know at least the first one is legit.

Until Tim stops censoring himself so he can keep getting his Wikiwiki bucks from Susan like a good boy, I really don't believe in any of his doomerisms or moral outrage. If he honestly cared enough he would say what's going on and not using cutesy words to mask it.

Also kinda funny. Tim is going around throwing accusations of pedophilia towards these people, when he himself has a possible lolsuit coming with the great Water Buffalo. While I personally find what those people are doing to the kids to be disgusting I can also point out the sheer hypocrasy from Tim as well.

Surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet.

The Subverse (The Beanie Man News Network, not the Space Fucking Simulator) WeFunder got updated today with the following info on how Beanie Man won the lawsuit, they got all the equipment and money back, and they're going to try to restart the company. This was after a 15 month lack of communication.

SUBVERSE, Inc. LITIGATION ENDS

Subverse, Inc., an independent digital news platform, has settled its lawsuit against two former employees. Tim Pool, CEO of Subverse, Inc. and Emily Molli and Rocco Castoro announced today that the parties have settled the lawsuit (which can be read in full here) filed in federal court to avoid the cost and uncertainty of litigation. As a result of this settlement, control of the websites SCNR.com and Subverse.net will be returned to Subverse along with company equipment and assets. Subverse, Inc. intends to reorganize its digital platforms and website as a news organization and continue its operations with new employees and management. Molli and Castoro will no longer have a relationship or stake with Subverse, Inc.

****

In a separate action, Emily Molli vs. Subverse, the defendant Emily Molli withdrew her right to appeal in a case against Subverse, in which the California Department of Industrial Relations denied each and every claim she made. Details can be found here (link to attached pdf).

Thank you to the investor community for your continued patience.

Sure, Emily and Rocco lost, but it doesn't really matter. Subverse as a news brand is 100% dead and most likely will be staffed with Tim's peons anyways and we all know how good he is at hiring people.
