The problem with what Knowles is saying is that his argument is that "our censorship is good because we know it's good" and he said that almost verbatim. I think it really hit home tonight, because while I knew Tim was a grifter when he cut off the discussion to change the topic and monologue it really felt staged to the point where it was worse than mainstream media. As for being a guest on their show, I can see why easily, it's easy advertising to people who will buy any stupid shit and you as the guest can just sit back and drink while Tim and Luke talk to one another. It's the easiest plug for your product in the world, and you can chime in once every thirty minutes to remind people of your book or brunch society. Even if people give you shit for being on Tim's show, it's just some bland show that people will forget you were on in a month even if it goes poorly.
