Tim Pool - 'journalist' who claims to be a sensible centrist & sucks Sargon of Akkad's wiener; Afraid of the Milkshake ANTIFAs

Wait. I know Tim isn't that fat but please tell me the buttons were also altered. Please tell me Tim Pool did not seriously go on national TV with his shirt unbuttoned like a nigger.
Tim Pool's calling card is his general schlubby look. He even went to the White House in that garb.

I cannot see an actual plate in that carrier. Maybe a soft IIIA? Maybe nothing?
Most leftist who wear those don't understand they're plate carriers not actual body armor though some of the padding can stop a few 9mm according to a USMC class i took. Plates are also heavy, which most leftist would not be able tk move

The worst part about it is he acts like it's a flex going to an event like that
Imagine inviting him to your wedding. He rolls in looking like he just woke up and when you ask why he isn't wearing his tux, he goes on a tirade about how rebellious and nonconforming he is.

Aside from Lydia having an affair, that could be a reason why she left the Compound. Can't be married and live in a hippie commune at the same time.

Most people grow out of that phase by the end of high school, though as Tim never graduated high school he never grew out of it. It's really like those goth kids, who get upset at others for being conformist but they themselves conform to their specific uniform that they buy at Hot Topic like everyone else in their clique.

I think he mentioned it at some point that it was just for show, not actual body armor.

Once again Tim the "journalist" doesn't do any research. Those cards were dumped because they were sitting in a warehouse for so long the original customer rejected it, and they had no where to put the damn product. A dump of 200,000 is pocket change to Wizards of the Coast. Instead of covering something that shows way more damage, the funko dump, he covers this and tries to hamfist the narrative to fit his world view.

Yes the game is woke, Tim, but do you think maybe part of it is that you're just fucking old now?

It's never just "they made a bad movie" or "they did something that pisses of their customers", it's always wokeness with these guys.

A conversation I had with a regular watcher of the beanie man went like this:
"marvel's latest thing aint doing so good (this was after dr strange multiverse of madness and the infamous cgi eye)"
"theyre going woke, they cast black women instead of good actors"
"apparently it's the cgi, among other things. I saw a pic of it, it sucked, lol"
"they went woke, the cgi team is all diversity hires"
Could just as easily envision them saying "the management team is all diversity hires" or something else with any business failing

They dont ever seem to take a step back and ask who the fuck sits through the credits to see who's on not appearing on screen, or if businesses would basically commit suicide by diversity-hiring idiots into critical roles. Even if they were diversity-hiring for behind the scenes they'd hire the best black/female/non binary etc they could get their hands on. Even if they were diversity-hiring idiots they'd probably put them where they'd do less harm.

Mad at internet, mad at internet political spergs, mad at offline political spergs. I accept the typhoon of moais, tophats and trashcans.

/end sperg

The biggest problem with Magic right now is massive over printing and too much product being released. It's basically a never ending spoiler season at this point, so when a set comes out, they're already trying to hype the next set, which makes it hard to enjoy the anything.

That and they're printing fuck tons of it, while the demand is being spread out across more sets. Then they're dumping it on Amazon for less than what stores pay in wholesale, which makes stores very cautious about ordering the product as why would you buy something only to be undercut by company making it?

It could just be both, but you also have to consider the diversity hire thing has been going on for a while now, so it's probably beginning to infect more and more critical roles, which is why the stories they're telling now are such shit. Diversity and troons are like infections, they start small but if they're not stopped early they'll kill the whole body over time. Just look at a neighborhood in the past, it starts with one darky moving in, and then a decade later you're in Detroit.

Thanks for the context. I don't really keep up with it, but I do get glimpses of news, and as far as I was aware, Wizards of the Coast had been making some very unpopular cashgrabby moves - not necessarily anything to do with wokeness, so of course, my reaction to beanie man (evidently) blaming it on wokeness was just... rage.

Well, the way i see it, companies are ultimately still... companies. In the end only money matters. If they go to shit, the investors pull out. And the executives know it.

And then there's talk of the "glass ceiling" and tokenism and pinkwashing or rainbow-washing or whatever the fuck it is for anti-racism on the left.

Wokeness is part of it, but not the major part. For example, they paid some troon a bunch of money to stream their game, plastered the troon on the front of Arena (their premier digital platform), and then the troon proceeded to not stream due to health reasons and instead lead a crusade against a popular female artist, as it's always women they target, and got that artist canceled for wrong think.

Then there was an author who wrote Chandra as not being a dyke in one story that caused such massive outrage that they had to apologize and WotC no longer puts author's names on their books to avoid such issues. The Magic community is just dogshit because it was co-opted by troons and once that happen it's all downhill as it's a community that makes excessive noise but never buys anything.

The problem is that they aren't really making money from this and it's more about ESG policies and other government intervention that's pushing them in this direction in most cases.

You forget that the ESG score is tied to woke pandering, not financial success. A large portion of investment capital is directly tied to encouraging companies to go against profit motives because it's "good" for society/environment.

So yes the money matters, but it's not necessarily that YOUR money matters.

Edit: I would have been first damn it if not for those meddling coworkers! Ninja'd by @Retink Retunk

Worse yet, a lot of that ESG money is from funds controlled by companies like Vanguard, so it's not even the money of the person pushing ESG, but rather the money of people who would probably oppose ESG being used to push it.

People really need to wake up to how the market isn't at all free and most of the shit out there is being subsidized at their expense. Hell, part of why China can ship things here so easily is because Chinese shipping to the USA is subsidized heavily by international monetary policy as China is considered a developing country. In other words, tax payers are paying to keep themselves out of a job. The same is true with Section 8 policy in many places as it can allow areas to have greatly inflated rental rates, and is once again paid for by taxes from people who are often times priced out of that rental market as a result. They're basically being forced to pay to be cucked.

Doesn't he have like a team that's supposed to research this stuff? If you find some interesting tweet, and you don't have time, because you have a show starting in 5 minutes, just hand it off to your supposed staff you are paying to vet everything at least. So you don't come out looking like a fool. Half the time people provide context and links to further info in the replies for petes sake.

I'm pretty sure he does all the research for his personal content himself.

Been a tick since I visited the Beanie Dimension, & good gravy, Tim Pool made Ann Coulter sound like the sane one in his conversation with her...
You ever get the feeling Tim never worked a real job in his life or was told "No!" Doing something / taking a stand comes with consequences, Sure it's easy to just take a hit and fuck off; but some people come with responsibilities like family or other things, something he never seems to understand. And as much as he wants to pretend he's anti-establishment, he doesn't seem to want to admit that sometimes taking a stand means get physical. You want to stop people from showing up to your town and burning shit down, you're gonna have to get physical. You want to stop people from ripping statues down, you're gonna have to get physical. That's what the hispanic street gangs did when shit came to their town; they blocked off their neighborhoods and enforced a "You don't fucking belong here" statute, with penalty of violence. All his talk about fifth generational / information warfare is ivory tower bullshit that sounds good, until you realize the person you're against pulls a gun out, tells you "I don't fucking care," and shoots you in your dumb fucking face. The left has shown they're not afraid of getting physical, so yes Tim (and Anne), the right needs to get violent, and shoot people. Because it is a Civil War, one side just doesn't want to admit it.

It is, as if, he scalped one of those Zoomers for their broccoli haircuts & improperly tacked it on his scalp...

Tim seems to rebuff any attempt to do things not his way. When police officers were not quitting their jobs in protest, Tim was furious at their cowardice. When Andy Ngo continued reporting on the ground, he criticized how he was endangering himself & that is not how a journalist should do things. Proud Boys show up to stand between groups like Antifa, & ring wingers, much like Tim recommended, he claims the media will manipulate the story, so the Right/both sides is to blame for escalation:

Although I may have missed it, but no doubt Tim must be throwing a party over this news:

That thing looks exactly like how Benedict Cumberbatch would look like if he trooned out.
