I still, unironically, like Ian, because out of everyone on the IRL team, he seems to be the most genuine & guileless. Bloody mental, sometimes, but genuine & guileless.

Ian is retarded but he's burned out enough that he's funny and like you said, unlike the others in the Beanie-verse he seems actually genuine while the others are all rather duplicitous. There's a reason why everyone in the compound is constantly back stabbing each other, even family members.

With Tim's blatant insecurities, I'm surprised he keeps Ian on. Maybe he just thinks Ian is stupid and easy to talk over and look smart in front of. When he himself talks Marvel shit constantly. It's like, do you have any other hobbies Tim? Other than buying 10,000 dollar swords? That was more than my old beater with the repair work. Perhaps another way to put it would be his journalistic career has hit a wall. Between bumbling the interview with Ye, the hands-off to all-hand-on-deck situation with Eliza Bleu, & inability to allow guests to talk on subjects they specialize in, Tim will make a great deal of money, but very little in the way of news. & I believe that hurts him, inside.

Oh, make no mistake, that started when he stopped doing shows on the weekends. His actual news content is getting worse each day, but he wants to fund all his other projects, so he has to waste his time on low-hanging fruit to get as much money from his channel as possible.

Basically this. It's not about the money, it's about respect. He's lost relevance in comparison to where he was. He's weak, a sperg. The pay pigs will keep giving him cash, but the people just kinda interested are gone

Sure his piggies will buy his coffee and consoom. But even they're gonna start drying up due to economic issues or just generally losing interest.


And the way he spends money right now along with his commune moochers, its not gonna be sustainable when that catches up.

I believe that the people Tim answers to were very happy how his episode with Kanye turned out, and I'm pretty sure that's all that matters to him. His ego might hurt that fewer people take him seriously after that and the Eliza Bleu catastrophe, but there are enough gullible boomer paypigs who believe they're contributing to "the movement" when they send him superchats and buy his merchandise that he doesn't have to worry about his standard of living taking a hit.

No Agenda. News deconstruction that show clips of news from everywhere (local, mainstream, and international)

I don't watch for Tim at all anymore, once you've heard 5 of Tims milquetoast rants someone here could put together in 5 seconds, thats it. The issue is it's virtually one of the only youtube channels that has enough mainstream visibility, but lack of being branded totally "fascist" to be able to get certain guests on. When he gets decent guests on and Ian isn't pulling the conversation to graphene again. You get some interesting info. Once Tim starts "Okay let me give you an example, I am a..." it's time to go ahead 2 minutes. Thanks Tim you just wasted 5 minutes on the same example you brought up 3 episodes ago, and the guest has barely had 10 minutes of speaking.

The Compound is able to be run like a corrupt hippie commune, because Timcast virtually has no competition at this level. No one else is neurotic enough to try and run a podcast live on youtube, and skirt what might be the Youtube guidelines or not, who knows what they really are? Considering it's probably entirely run by trannies high on estrogen and edibles.
