-Phil starts off making an cogent argument, but comes to a strange conclusion. He argues that leftists rob minorities of agency in what choices they make, which is correct. Whether it be socio-economic factors forcing a black teen to spray down a house with no regard to collateral damage, or Palestinians being compelled to rape because of Israel's actions. Mary chimes in to say most of these cases are nature, not nurture, with people "just born that way" to commit crimes & violence. But, Phil claims that if he was in Gaza, he would not have been running across the border to "grab some Jews & bring 'em back". Which is a leftists argument, e.g. "I would have stood up to the Nazis if I was in Germany" pabulum. If Phil were Faisal, having grown up in Gaza, without a Western European Christian milieu around him, it is entirely possible he would have been as pro-Hamas as all those self-righteous leftists would have been pro-Nazi:


-In the course of four minutes, Tim makes two diametrically opposing statements. First, he claims Donald Trump understands he cannot be aggressively defiant of judicial decisions, because he may lose public support. Then, Tim asks why the president is not just "laughing at the judge...'you don't mean ish, you can't do nothing about it'". Shawn notes Tim explained why, a few minutes before, but this does not give Tim pause:


-Tim bemoans how terrible AI are at answering his questions, because he knows it to be incorrect. The beanie boy declares "the internet is dead" & is awash with a sea of bots & AI-generated slop. The cherry on top is Tim stating how "Grok lies all the time", despite claiming his understanding of how law applied to Karmelo Anthony's case was from lawyer Grok, two episodes ago. This is to say nothing of his constant use of ChatGPT, on-air, to bolster his positions or get information. I am used to Tim going back & forth on his positions, but this episode is seeing some impressive turnarounds:

The Tim was away so the Phil shall play...host. It looks like he was gone for the whole day, as Libby hosted his morning segment, on Rumble.

It was an estrogen-enriched episode, with Maggie Moda, of the Foundation for Economic Education, a libertarian think tank, as the guest.
Lisa Elizabeth, the booker for Tim's shows, & Libby were the co-hosts.

While covering news stories, Phil permitted more latitude for conversations to happen, & have everyone make their statements, uninterrupted. So, it is far more watchable than usual.

-Though I am glad the panel brought up the video of a callous coon, sipping on Starbucks, as she records a dying/dead woman & offering no aid. Maggie brings up the prominence of young women true crime fans "venerating" killers, & young men watching gore videos, leading to desensitisation. Lisa chimes in that black young people are coming to this callousness from "drill rap & Instagram beefs". Phil pushes back on Maggie's position, stating that gore videos were present online, for some time, so it is not new. Maggie argues that accessing it more easily, at a younger age, makes it worse than before:


Here is the video in question:

-Lisa must have better sources than Tim, because she states that an alleged whistleblower informed her of the contents of the video taken at the scene of Austin Metcalfe's murder, leading up to it. It supposedly shows Karmelo Anthony wander about, pass by other tents, & then enter the tent with Austin, despite having other options. The rain which Tim clung to, as a justification for Karmelo seeking out Austin's tent, did not bother him enough to seek shelter, sooner:


-In discussing news of the Trump administration choosing negotiations over bombing Iran's nuclear sites, Lisa says Iran is "Israel's problem, more than its our problem". Phil chimes in to say Saudi Arabia, too, would not want a nuclear-equipped Iran. Lisa reiterates that it is not the United States' problem. Libby, who let me remind you is editor-in-chief of The Post Millenial, was unsure if Iran was Shia or Sunni. & to Phil's point, both Libby & Lisa critique Saudi fidelity, due to their authoritarian government, & Islamist support, respectively:
 
Just a random side note, Phil announced that he was going to have a kid a couple episodes back. Well, he happened to mention his GF's name on the show, and a bit of digging, and here's her Instagram account. Interesting because I thought he had a side fling with ghost girl, but apparently she did their baby photos, so there's that.

I try to keep my exposure to Tim under the LD50, but decided to check in on The Culture War, because Rekieta orbiter, Andrew Branca, was on, as well as GiveSendGo's co-founder Jacob Wells, to talk about the Karmelo Anthony case, & self-defence, in general. Also attending was Richard Hy, a police detective & social media personality from the Angry Cops YouTube channel.

Due to not having someone in the pro-Karmelo camp on, it was a more pleasant outing, as it was a discussion, rather than a debate. Additional satisfaction is Tim giving time for the panelists to talk, & people with actual expertise & knowledge to correct him, with no snap backs from the beanie boy.

-The introduction is a bit of unintended comedy, because Tim claims he could not find anyone to come on the show to defend Karmelo. & yet, Tim is right there. The beanie boy made it abundantly clear, both on "X" & IRL, a week ago. Defending Karmelo's right to carry a knife & respond to a shove with lethal force, because the burden of proving intent should not be upon the victim, & making up reasons why Karmelo said what he did, were all things Tim advocated, a few days ago. Though he is now trying to hide under a fig leaf of his statements being what the family would argue, not his own beliefs, but none of the clips & posts have that caveat in them:


-Showing the fruits of his incredibly difficult 16-hour workdays, Tim is corrected on the Anthony family allegedly spending money raised on GiveSendGo upon a new home & car by Jacob. The beanie boy seems shocked that the news would misrepresent information, despite harping upon this topic:


-Tim is interpreting Karmelo Anthony's "Touch me & see what happens" as a warning, not a provocation. Andrew & Richard do not see it this way, explaining how it can be perceived as inviting an attack which Karmelo wants, to justify his lethal response. Tim may be relying too much on his past, in the South Side of Chicago, having to translate ebonics into intelligible English:


-Jacob makes an appeal to principles, as the reason they kept the GiveSendGo up for Karmelo Anthony, in the face of calls to take it down. Though this argument may only be viable in a supermajority White nation, not an increasingly multiracial one, where almost every group prioritises its own, rather than press for principles of equality. Examples of how flawed the system becomes in these cases being Lee Kuan Yew's experience as a defence lawyer in Singapore, analyses of juror responses in mock trials in the United States, or open advocacy to use jury nullification to protect black defendants. There does seem to be acceptance of this racial aspect to the case, when Jacob mentions a GiveSendGo to support Luigi Mangione did not see the same response as to Karmelo's, or the level of attention being paid to something that happens regularly in the inner cities of the U.S., every day:

Andrew Branca, & Richard Hy, return to the panel after their earlier appearance. & Tiffany Cianci, a regular fixture, showed up, as well.

-Tim decides to argue with a police detective on how gangs intimidate people, because Tim lived in Chicago & knows better than him. The beanie boy lays out why Jennifer Vasquez Sura, the wife of Kilmar Garcia's non-response to why she dropped her protective order against him. Tim asks Richard how it would go, & he explains that if a spouse shows signs of abuse, & files such an order, it leads to an arrest of the perpetrator. Tim says she said to drop it, & Richard retorts that he cannot after witnessing the effects. Tim says this is the point, & that MS-13 intimidated Jennifer into dropping this to reduce attention upon a fellow gang member. Richard uses his experience to definitively say Tim is wrong, & the usual case is they "want the guy removed for the day". Tim claims that is true, but "not if MS-13 is involved", & laying out the gruesome consequences of those that oppose them. Richard says that additional police attention is immaterial to MS-13, because they are already so aggressively violent. Tiffany asks If Tim is implying Jennifer is acting strange, now, because of intimidation, or does he mean back in 2021. Tim says "both":


Richard reiterates that cycles of battered partners calling police on abusers, only to return to them, composes a large number of cases he has seen. Tim explains that the money is from liberal/leftists attaching themselves to the removal case, but "the gang" is looking to take the money from her. When Libby asks if that is possible, Tim asks if he has "a more serious view of gangs than you, or the people who watch" based on his gang experience in Chicago. Richard understands gangs intimidate people, & control relatives to avoid being compromised, but asks Tim to explain why Tim is so certain MS-13 is involved. Tim admits he is not, actually, but justifies his argument under Occam's Razor. Tiffany posits that the most likely case is Jennifer not wanting to reduce sympathy for his case, so she can continue getting things out of it. Tim pivots back to 2021, when the protection order was dropped, which sees Richard & Tiffany reiterate that it is a common occurrence which does not require gang intimidation. now, Tim shifts to thinking it "slightly more probable" that MS-13 threatened her into dropping the protection order case. The panel argues that the gang would be more likely to distance themselves from victimising her, because of the added national media attention. Tim finally cedes the point on MS-13 being unlikely to intimidate her now, but still clings to it happening in 2021. Richard asks Tim to explain it, again, to show why he is so certain of gang involvement. Tim lays out how if Kilmar were to be deported, as a criminal conviction violates his deferral on deportation, this would cost MS-13 a human trafficker. To which Richard says that is plausible:

A good chunk of the episode was Tara & Tim arguing with each other, over multiple news topics, which became ever more grating as each would further agitate the other into making more combative statements. Elad, Phil, & Shane fall more into the background as the two swipe away: 27:16-1:37:28

-Tim complains about how the Kilmar Garcia situation has been over-covered to the point of absurdity. Which makes him hosting a debate upon it, really humorous. Tim says they could have started the show with the second Signal story, instead, but claims it is nonsense, as well. The implication being Democrats attempting to sabotage Trump's administration via selective leaks & accusations. Tara pushes back upon this framing, & argues that the story is not coming from a leftist subversive, but a longtime Trump supporter. There is some good back-&-forth, but rather than let this continue, Tim decides to round things back to the Kilmar story. The same story Tim claimed was utterly unworthy of being talked about more:


-Tara is more of a normie liberal, as she does some both-sidesing, objects to illegal immigrants allegedly being denied their due process, etc. However, Tara admits to not knowing the specifics of the cases. Tim takes advantage of this chance to persuade someone of his position by...hectoring her, non-stop. The beanie boy reacts by becoming more & more wound up, as if Tara is insulting him, which only works to send her into a more defensive posture & needle him back, as the show goes on:


-As part of the escalating aggression, Tim tries to set up a hypothetical, asking Tara if she would report upon corporate malfeasance even though it may hurt workers. Tara said that she would, because it is a newsworthy story. Tim says that makes her a bad person, because she is willing to see people potentially lose their jobs for her story, & having been part of the mainstream media, she is deserving of being ruined, as well. Tara does not take this well, & in response, the beanie boy tells her to "Calm down". Which is a guaranteed way to ensure any woman shall not do that. Tim says Jonah Goldberg should have just announced his presence on the Signal chat, & made it into a story. Also, Tim calls out Tara for having "a myopic & morally righteous worldview", as if he has not been deriding poor, working people for not just quitting their jobs when he demands it:


-After more clashes, things finally begin to wind down during super-chats. Tim finally does what he should have been doing, all along. When the panel learns Tara is unaware of Donald Trump being misquoted in the wake of Charlottesville, Tim manages to keep his cool & explain what happened, by showing a Snopes debunking to convince her:

-Tim, again, demonstrates the difference keeping a cool head would have had, by not getting riled by by Tara asking about when he last criticised Elon Musk & Donald Trump. While Tara had her own moments of boneheaded-ness, Tim dressed himself in no honours, with his behaviour. Tim, also, announces that he shall be recording his morning segments "from the White House". Tara asks what Tim's first question to Trump shall be, but he says he is not going there to meet him:
