New Cast Castle, the only notable thing about it is that the physical trainer returns to get Luke and co into shape. They do basic stuff like dips, push ups, etc. Most members of the compound are there, except Ian, Andreas, and Tim "Civil War is Coming" Pool because who needs to be in shape for small things like civil war when you have a van down by the river. Tim's girlfriend is there though and most of the people I assume are outside hires. Not much else happens besides chunky Asian girl skipping training and then going into an ice bath as redemption, she is oddly immune to ice baths.

It would make more sense for the cuck squad to go after Rekieta or Hambly instead of Pool. Even if Pool has quietly dropped him as a guest behind the scenes, he isn't talking shit publicly or retweeting more embarrassing shit. My personal guess is that the Murphy drama has brought in sociopathic trolls that are amused by it and just want to throw gasoline on the fire for shits and giggles.
