Ian is legit fun to hang out with. At least from what I've gathered. When Adam Crigler still lived in the compound, Ian would come on his show fairly regularly and they would do Twitch streams after TimcastIRL wrapped. (Ian is, after all, Adam's friend that Tim borrowed so he could make guests uncomfortable when he literally yells at Ian for minutes on end while live on air) I would usually go to Ian's channel and he was always very cordial and loved chatting with people. He has some dumb hippy crystal beliefs and shit, but he's not a righteous asshole about any of it.

Okay, retard. All that is going to do is make everyone sue social media platforms, then one of two things will happen.

A judge will either set precedent that it's stupidly hard to get recompense, in which case you have accomplished nothing. Or, a judge will set precedent that it's very easy to get recompense, in which case all the would be competitors to Twitter will get sued out of existence. Tim thinks that this will somehow encourage platforms that have no censorship rules at all, but the thing is, platforms need female users, and female users tend to prefer areas that are completely free of negative energy. It's not enough to block it, they just don't want to look at it. And I know free speech should be a thing, but this isn't a government-funded public service, it's a company with employees that needs money to exist.

Tim only cares about clicks and stroking his ego. He'll gladly cover a topic of the day issue or him buying a billboard instead of a bill or something that matters
 
The one thing I'd like them to change about 230, is that if you are banned or censored the company has to provide the specific reason and post that got you banned. Right now most of the time if anything happens, even just restriction, no reason is given or something incredibly vague is provided. This won't stop censorship, but it will let people mock it more easily as I remember when Rackets had his strikes they actually provided him with the violation and clips, which he then played and showed it was complete bunk.
