What annoyed me the most about it is that he also came out and said "Well, she supported it, so who am I to say otherwise."

That's fine if you're talking about an adult, because adults should know better and be able to express themselves effectively, but this is a child who probably has retarded parents and is most likely being harassed by an online troon army, so it's probably ok to stand up for the kid when you wouldn't have for an adult. It just shows an inability to hold a nuanced opinion, and it's coming from a guy who shuts down his show because some weird musician had a spicy take.

Tim gives off major vibes of "I should've been a pro skater". I weirdly never get the "I should've been a rockstar" vibe from his music but I 100% get it whenever he talks about skating.

He does seem way more humble with his music and when I still watched Cast Castle he never really showed off his music but there was a period of time where it was just "watch Tim skate" for the majority of the episode and multiple episodes in a row. Which is funny because Tim's better at music than skating.

Tim's taste in music is pretty boring to me but as a musician he isn't terrible. Hell he's better than plenty of legit professional musicians. I find it weird out of his weird multimedia projects something exclusively focused on music (like a record label) hasn't come up yet.

Well he did hire Carter early on to do music production specifically and he's working on an album, so I guess there's some kind of music label in his compound, but it's half assed like everything else in that place. It just feels like he's constantly hoping it just all works out instead of actually planning anything out.

By the way, has he updated anything on the other property he's building with a website member clubhouse? Last I saw he had some posts in the ground with rope to show the planned foundation marking, but I haven't heard anything more, then again it's when I stopped really watching anything Tim related. @Kevin Grumbles this is your time to shine with some deets.

The last time he tried he got butthurt at Muse for daring to use the color yellow in a music video and threatened to sue them over copyright violations. It took the entire internet to tell him he was being fucking retarded for him to stop.
 

The entire theme of this video is a big "so what?"

Tim repeatedly points out that the media is insinuating Trump should be executed if he sold or leaked nuclear secrets to Russia. And Tim does not condemn this outright, he just brings it up and talks about civil war and fracturing and blah blah blah.

Guess what, Tim? If Trump did leak nuclear secrets to Russia, then yes, he should be executed. That's not a controversial statement at all.

Now, did Trump leak nuclear secrets to Russia? Almost certainly not. But if the FBI proves that he did, then I won't give two shits if they put a bullet in him. Treason is treason, and a man who claims to put America first and then leaks nuclear secrets to another nation deserves death. Just because it's unlikely he committed a crime, that doesn't somehow lessen the punishment if he did commit said crime.

Oh I think Tim stringently believes in what he's saying. He plays his guitar for his Chickens for fuck's sake. I think he honestly believes that he's on the forefront of changing culture in an attempt to make some sort of difference.

I just REALLY wish he'd go back to multiple 5 to 10 minute videos. He reads so clearly that even at 2x speed it's easy to osmosis the daily news during work.

I think he used to be the case, but I just don't think that's true anymore. I was fine with his content for a long time, even if he was being a sperg, but it feels like he's just a bit more hollow these days. I don't even think it's a bad thing if he came out and just said he wants to just be a generic business, but it's the weird larp of being something more passion based that makes me not want to watch his shit.
 

Call me a boomer but I just discovered an option on the youtube app for a transcript. And it shows all the words, exactly as they are, by the second in the video (not closed captioning, a transcript you can read without even playing the video)

Goddamn, Tim stammers and backtracks A LOT. He brags about working 16 hours a day and hiring 30 people but he can't take 10 minutes to shoot a few retakes so he actually sounds competent and professional.

Thats the problem with making half hour unscripted videos rather than taking a little bit of time to get notes together for a well thought out 5 minute video. He doesn't even need to write a script he just needs to not go on long ass tangents every damn video.

It's honestly why I stopped watching him. Like I've said, he used to cover 5 stories with 10-13 minutes and a longer story of 15-20 minutes. This made his videos easily digestible for my commute. Now he barely covers three stories with each lasting 30 minutes and it's him just rambling about how great he is. He won't even learn to shut up when he has guest
