Tim Pool - 'journalist' who claims to be a sensible centrist & sucks Sargon of Akkad's wiener; Afraid of the Milkshake ANTIFAs

Think it was the older guy with white hair. I was listening to it rather than watching mainly
Tom Fitton, President of the group Judicial Watch. I've been familiar with him for a while, so I actually liked tonight's show because Fitton's a pretty cool guy. Doesn't hurt that he might be the most jacked (in a non-Murphy way) man in politics. He's sort of a James O'Keefe type, basically he and his group go around suing and filing FOIA requests to get information out of the government. He had some great takes tonight and I was surprised Tim actually let the man talk.
Also didn't hurt to have Hannah Claire for something nice to look at.

Yesterday, Ian was in the Chicken City Concentration Camp, until being let out mid-stream...Did not see him at first glance, until adding some clips below.

**Edited Addition: Tim is certainly getting a lot of mileage from that one guy he met at a casino. First, it was hang all the January 6th people, I hate Biden, etc. Now, he knows someone that was attacked in his car by BLM, only to be convicted. Tim does go on to say, he saw no news story of it...Not like a journalist would actually do more than Google search to prove the validity of a claim...well, Tim is a MODERN journalist, so there is that.

-Here is Tim wriggling to defend Troon-ification, "But...what about tongue-forking!?! Therefore, trans surgery should be allowed.":

-Ian claims he was becoming a cult leader in 2006 by posting videos online. Ian, also, talks about a Final Solution to the mass shooter problem, "create the good stuff":

-Ian having an Ian moment. Calls out Tim for being "fake" for wearing a beanie, calls out Michael Malice for using a "fake" name (check the early life on Wikipedia, for a potential reason). Admits to smoking prodigious amounts of marijuana, in the past, & becoming agitated at people who were not with God, that they must be "flushed" for wearing clothes, because it is not "real":

Does tim have a gambling problem or is he just full of shit as usual. Every video seems to be him being at a poker table "Talking to people". When you go to a casino and play poker, nobody is talking or having little chats about politics. I don't know where he stole this story from; but he sure loves to tell it.
I'm going to go with constant gambling.

I fully believe he's had one (and only one) conversation at a casino while playing poker. He repeats it too often to not be a personal experience and Tim has consistently valued personal anecdotes over any other form of evidence and probably assumes we all do as well.

As for it being a "gambling problem", it's not impossible, but I'm not sold. The casino being his weekend stress valve doesn't automatically mean addiction.

Tim's constant repetition of stories is a big part of his schtick. Maybe the guy at the poker table just said random, political things until the beanie boy next to him stopped talking. & now, Tim has an endless well to inundate us with, for video upon video.

Tim has stated, not just for this one visit, that he is often at the casino on weekends. Assuming he is only spending $50 or so there for an hour or two, that's not really an addiction, it's perfectly in line with someone who makes his kind of income.

But if he's burning $200 over four hours every Saturday, that's concering.

There's only one semi-real casino in WV. It used to be called the Tri-State Racetrack and Gaming Center. I think its called the Mardi Gras Casino and Hotel now, but it's been a few years since I went there. It's not what the average person thinks when they hear casino. Table games were illegal in WV until about 2010 so it was originally set up as a dog track with a lot of slot machines. Theres not very much space for the table games added so there's almost always a waiting list to get into a game, and there's no real high roller area. The highest minimum bets may be a couple hundred dollars at most.

Long story short, WV is boring. The Casino might be the closest place to his compound where he can be around more than 50 people at a time. That, or maybe he just likes the Golden Corral just down the road. Tim seems like the type of guy to put gummy worms on pizza

So Tim interrupts the interesting discussion that Matt Walsh is having with a tranny to try and tell his own personal life story, again. But he prefaces it by saying that he never went to high school (because he's a drop out). So all of his discussions after, about sports and drugs and alcohol and Pokemon, are about grade school and middle school. No one cares about any of that. Trooning out is happening to 14 and 15 year olds, not 8 and 10 year olds. A completely irrelevant point that Tim makes because he feels the need to assert how not insecure he is every time someone else's insecurity is brought up.

I believe that Tim has very poor impulse control. You can look at this by the numerous expensive purchases he has made. Meteor Swords for tens of thousands of dollars. Honey Jars in the hundreds of dollars. Dumping money into crypto when he had little money to his name to begin with... And just throwing money at stocks he think will do well cause they sound futuristic. I bet you he bought a ton of Tesla at the top of an already overpriced garbage stock.

Seeing him trying to gamble and "Get richer" off it it definitely fits in line with the rest of it. He probably has movie like fantasies of it playing out in his head that keeps him doing it.
Wait, which guest said that?
It appears to be Tom Fitton of Judicial watch I generally like the guy. His group is supposed to go after holding 3 letter agencies and the government accountable. So interesting to see him speak out about this- but I'm sure Tim worked the topic in cause heaven forbid we have the guests talk about what they're experts in. That would make Tim look to be the fool.

Sadly don't have much else to say about Time as of late. He has just been a broken record on trans issues for the past month. Election campaigning will start up soon so I'm sure we'll see endless TRUMP stories from him soon. Or something about out of touch liberals, Ignoring the incredibly out of touch republicans who are currently huffing copium over their defeat in Wisconsin cause they have no idea how to appeal to anyone under the age of 70. (IE not backstabbing your base and being no different than the left.) And those above 70 are too senile to tell whose left or right anymore or are too checked out to care.

I theorize him talking about his adventures with the boys at the poker table is Timmy trying to sound manly and adultish cause people keep ragging on him for always talking about comic books and nerdy shit

Friday's show was not all that bad, compared to recent ones.

Had two guests on, Kara McKinney, a Catholic OAN host & Clint Russell, a Libertarian podcast host. Had a decent mix of topics, not just sticking to reacting to the news-of-the-day. Also a fair bit of religion & seeking meaning from something talk, appropriate for a Good Friday show.

Tim still will not curb some of his monologues...Bit too long to clip these, but compare 44:15-49:36, where the guests engage in an extended dialogue, with occasional prompts from Ian & Hannah, to 58:00-1:10:15, where Tim has an extended monologue, with limited interruptions & not giving the guests much air time.

Some highlights:
-Ian doing what a good host should do, let the guest talk:

-Tim, again, blending two pieces of media to make a point:

-Tim blames big social media companies creating algorithms, & conservatives not protesting, for Cash App CEO Bob Lee being stabbed in San Francisco:

-The Chad "Work Hard" Ian & Clint vs. The Virgin "Buy Bitcoin in 2010" Tim:

-Ian wants us to not wait for a saviour, the Second Coming is in all of us, become The Christ, to overcome corporate greed:

-I am not sure if Tim just tuned out, or was so eager to get to Superchats he could not devise a good way to cut Kara off. Seriously, what kind of response was that?:

May none of you be visited, today, by the Easter Beanie, bringing tidings of Civil War & rotten takes.

Doing the lord's work by posting these clips as it actually makes the show watchable. A sort of Timcast IRL without Tim.

But Tim is wrong on the Warcraft bit as Shadowlands was a shit expansion that was universally hated but Sylv wasn't breaking the machine because she was enraged by it, it was because the Satan of their world saw her after she killed herself and said either you do this thing or I torture you forever. Then because it made a woman look bad, they ass pulled that he had actually split her soul in half and all the evil shit she did to get to that point was just her evil half of the soul and now she was chill again despite all the genocide. Oh, and Satan wasn't actually evil, he was just doing it to stop actual Satan that was coming at some point.

-The Chad "Work Hard" Ian & Clint vs. The Virgin "Buy Bitcoin in 2010" Tim:
The guest has a really good point but he should add that part of the process is learning to iterate and that a traditional job gives you more earnings up front but lower long term growth prospects while doing your own business if successful starts lower but has much higher long term growth. Tim's just a retard though.

-Ian wants us to not wait for a saviour, the Second Coming is in all of us, become The Christ, to overcome corporate greed:
Ian once again being based.

Alright, so Tim is now claiming that one of his reporters was thrown out of a bar for harassing women outside an abortion clinic. As if anyone even knows this guy exists. Also the video was posted by the harasser, not by the reporter, and yet Tim has the video. This seems really fucking sus to me.

If our OP wasn't a faggot we could do one of those polls where it sits above the thread and everyone gets to vote, but since I'm not the OP, I'll start my own poll and you guys just vote the old fashioned way.

Did Tim's employee get thrown out of a bar for being a based trad cath?

A) Yes, Christ is King!
B) No, Beanie is King!
C) Why the fuck did Tim only dedicate 12 minutes to a video about one of his employees being harassed but 24 minutes to his 4th video about Budweiser trannies?

Should change it to emotes.

:agree: Christ is King!

:disagree: Beanie is King!

Oh, that's a good point. Should have thought of that, thanks.

I hate the antichrist.

Tim sees this Republican trying to do exactly what Josh said Trump should have done and pardoned a guy who was convicted of murder for killing a BLM rioter and Tim spends the entire video arguing that the killing was justified. That's not the point of any of this. He's been convicted. Found guilty by a jury of his peers. Evidence was presented and 12 people decided based on the presentations of the defense and the prosecution that this man committed murder, as defined by the state, beyond reasonable doubt. No one is talking about appeal, we are discussing a pardon.

The real discussion should be the rammifications of issuing a pardon for a crime as serious as murder. I still get sick to my stomach every time I think about clemency granted to Cyntoia Brown, though in her case the shooting was premeditated and the guy she killed was completely innocent. I am personally against this, I think that one of the main reasons the swamp even exists is because people have prioritized checks and balances over separation of powers, and that if the executive branch didn't overreach all the time the judicial branch wouldn't feel the need to be so fucking lenient in the first place. Let the conviction stand and let the murderer rot in jail, is my opinion. But even if the pardon does happen, it's not because he's innocent and Tim shouldn't claim that he is.

God I fucking hate that guy. He is the worst part of the show. I can never watch it live because it's impossible to fast forward through his insane bullshit. Why is he even on the show? Does he just grow all of their weed and they feel they can't get rid of him? There's no way any of them can possible like him, can they?

Why is he even on the show?
You know how women always have that one fat friend as a bridesmaid to make the bride look thinner than she actually is? Ian is supposed to be like that for Tim intellectually.

But Ian's brain is like a frozen clock. He's still right twice a day and sometimes he's on point accidentally and for the wrong reasons. The majority of the time it makes no fucking sense.

Monday's episode was a fair bit more...chaotic.
Luke is back, but the guest, Dr. Peter Boghossian, was mostly sidelined for the first part of the stream.
There was extended exchanges between Tim & Peter at 49:00-59:45, & 1:11:49-1:25:10, where Tim tries to tell a doctor that specializes in studying Wokeness, he knows more than him about where it came from. It boils down to Tim insisting he is 100% right, end of argument...

This was a more clippable episode:

-Tim gets to the REAL news:

-Tim, inadvertently, exposes his business model:

-Ian wanted to go scorched earth on Bud Light:

-Tim says he gets his best read of the average American from Maryland Live Casino's poker tables:

-Luke steals the crazy schtick from Ian, this episode:

-Ian says he only pretends to go full retard to steel-man arguments?

-Tim says nothing can explain why Woke emerged & not another ideology, Peter, that studies the subject, says he actually can:

-Peter asks what are we going to do about Woke, not just talk about it. Ian proposes psychedelics:

-Peter tries to reconcile his, & Tim's argument. Tim responds his argument explains, at minimum, 97%:

-Tim cannot have kids due to "personal issues"? Wait, what?:

-A short time later...:

-Ian says we should just take out the cartels & conquer parts of Mexico, if AMLO's government will not help defeat the narcos:

Ian is going based (on 1840's United States foreign policy), & Tim is shooting blanks....Well, that was an episode.

Bonus video:
I heard Tim's laugh in the clipping today, & it reminded me of something...He is the only person alive that knows how to use the three beanies.
