He supported Disney instead of training for the Civil War and has encourage people to watch Captain America and give Disney money

Is there a reason why basically every major well liked right-wing Youtuber/podcaster are such enormous faggots? Not in the literal sense (Crowder is for sure closeted though) but in the modern meaning as in being insufferable and annoying. Tim Pool, Ben Shapiro and Crowder are all terrible.
 
Tim is a retard. Copyright law does not hold in political advertising, for a really good reason. Political activities are very strictly "not for profit" and also the highest form of political speech that exists. Which means they cannot by their nature infringe on the copyright. Copyright law exists to protect the market value of a creation of art. It does not exist to stymie political speech. This shit comes up all the time when Republicans play rock songs at political conventions and the Pozzed Bands demand they "Cease and Desist".

This is all just outrage grifting to draw attention to the fact DeSantis used a clip from Tims show. I have to believe Tim knows that he does not have a leg to stand on here. Because if he's serious he is more of a smooth brained retarded then I thought.

These are the type of people who think they are right about everything and must change the minds of others so that those people will agree that they are right. Depending on who owns the rights, they can't just do it willy-nilly, but if they pay the proper licensing fees, they usually can.

Artists who have retained their rights aggressively, like Metallica, might differ, though.

I'm new here, and I'm not familiar with all the information we have on Tim Pool, but this is a remarkably unlikeable move. Really, this is not worth getting upset about. It looks like Tim has a grudge that has severely clouded his judgement and made him look not only oversensitive, but downright pathetic.

Well he claims it's for his reporter Elad whatever. Supposedly Elad has the right to license the clip to people outside of Timcast or something to that effect.

I watched maybe the first half of tonight's episode of IRL, and it was worse than yesterday. The only thing Tim likes talking about more than trannies is himself, and he spent at least half an hour going on and on and on about this, to the guest, James Klug, who barely gave a shit. Phil and Ian didn't even say much that I remember.
 
Isn't newsworthiness a fair use exception? Tim is supposed to be a journalist so that seems to be a problem for him.
