when he sued that porn game for trademark infringement
The funny thing is Tim lost (or at least the game kept its name one way or another, while Tim dumped the Subverse name) then the game added a character mocking Tim, then the game ended up going absolutely nowhere anyway.

I hope they at least made that character a pool  boy.

Not surprised that the game tanked - all the game storefronts are so drenched in "one-handers" I'm surprised any of them do more than break even.

I wasn't aware that Pool abandoned his Subverse branding - there's taking the L, and then there is abject humiliation.

I think it was a lobster in a beanie or something like that.

My understanding is the game ended up just being a generic mishmash with a lazy animation gallery, and minimal interactivity in the actual porn, which in a porn game, while players are probably more interested in the porn itself being interactive, so it just sort of died I guess? I've seen it listed on GOG in its equivalent of early access, but it looks like it's just sitting there stalled.

Tim abandoned Subverse, not just the branding, but the entire company (which was crowdfunded). Apparently the employees he had made a mess, he fired them, tried rebranding to SCNR, that failed, and then he just abandoned the whole thing and started the Timcast company he has now, which he owns outright. He also sued the employees.

The Lolsuit thread has both a clip of the game's parody of Tim, as well as more details on the Subverse company and lawsuit: https://kiwifarmsaaf4t2h7gc3dfc5ojh...e-inc-vs-emily-molli-and-rocco-castoro.95349/

No, he was a whiny lobster man with a beanie.

Went over The Culture War & Timcast IRL episode, check under the spoiler for each:

Tim had Steven "Destiny" Bonnell & John Doyle on to discuss the subject of masculinity. Lauren Chen, also, sat to provide a woman's perspective on the topic.
Tim did much better reining himself in, allowing the participants to drive the exchange.

I will admit to not being a fan of Steven's speaking pattern, the Ben Shapiro-esque rapidfire jabbering, but it was a balanced discussion without the acrimony or awkwardness of the last two episodes.

*The panel enters talk of media, with plenty of Marvel & superhero discussion, Tim continues to misconstrue Squid Game's themes, etc.: 1:46:53 til the end.

This was recorded before the big DeSantis ad blow-up & it shows.

Clip Collection:
-Considering the Lauren Southern rumours, these were a bit of unintended humour:

-The dichotomy of man, online:

-Fascist themes? In my "The Incredibles?" It is more likely than you think:

Bonus Bits:
-Come to think of it, maybe John is on to something with this "The Incredibles is fascist" talk...:

====================================================================================================================================================================================

Tim had James Klug, a YouTuber that does street conversations, & Carter Banks, that is producing a music video with Ian starring in it, as the guests.
Neither Lauren, John, nor Steven stuck around for this episode.
Ian & Phil co-hosted.

Sadly, despite Tim going on for far too long explaining why he felt the need to claim the DeSantis team did not properly ask & license to use the footage, the episode was the worst of all things, boring.

*Tim talks about DeSantis Campaign problems, including the usage of the clip by Timcast News: 38:45-58:48
*Tim explains why he disliked Final Fantasy XVI & liked Horizon: Forbidden West, & old SNES RPGs: 1:40:04-1:44:26
*Tim further explains how he understands why the clip was not fair use: 1:52:48-1:56:34

Clip Collection:
-Tim explains why he raised the subject of "licensing":

Worth noting, Tim does attribute his response to defending Elad Eliahu, whom is a contractor for Timcast News, & wanting him to get paid. Tim, also, seems to leave it at Elad's feet as to whether action will be taken.
Having given Elad's Twitter, & the Timcast News website a check, he has not posted anything regarding the issue:

-Tim cites how fervent DeSantis supporters are, & how DeSantis is surrounded by Yes Men that never call him out.
Thankfully, later in the show, Tim does acknowledge this happens with Trump, as well:

-Someone asks if Ian ever drove down the interstate, the wrong way, & just kept doing so.
Ian admits to driving the wrong way, down a street, late at night:

Can't wait for another lolsuit and Tim to be immortalized on some campaign ad screaming about his brand and how he must defend it at all costs.

Correction...it was, also, 9 seconds in a text message, too. Tim is really having a go at showing how easily he can be triggered.
I believe this must be intentional on the part of the DeSantis staffers that Tim has been arguing with, online, & trashing on the IRL show.

I am dreading clipping tonight's episode... Wagers on how much will be devoted to this event?
This is exceedingly retarded by Tim when he could easily have made it a win by getting Ron on the show or something.

Can we talk about Tim demanding that we support videos like that shitty Call for Freedom or whatever, saying we have to stand up together to make new studios and to show how much we hate pedophilia....and then in the next sentence say that he went to go see The Flash? The movie with well known pedophile Ezra Miller in it? The movie produced by the studio with lots of pedophiles in it? The studio that's part of the machine he wants us to take down?
That's what I hate about the Fandom Menace so much, they all bitch about the state of normie media but do nothing but circle jerk around normie media with countless videos. I get they do it for shekels as people wouldn't watch them for who they are, but at least sometimes they could make content pushing people towards alternatives, instead the best we get is a limp dick "go watch X in theaters, now here's a six hour long video about how much I hate Star Wars due to them getting the Ewoks wrong in this one frame of Episode 69."

Is there a reason why basically every major well liked right-wing Youtuber/podcaster are such enormous faggots? Not in the literal sense (Crowder is for sure closeted though) but in the modern meaning as in being insufferable and annoying. Tim Pool, Ben Shapiro and Crowder are all terrible.
Because those are the only people allowed to have a mainstream channel? All of these people suck Susan's dick for shekels and are left on the platform because they'll always toe the line on things like election fraud, the pandemic, etc.

THIS is the guy people want Josh to do a stream with??
Mostly just for exposure. Tim has a big audience and Tim has gotten some decent guess like Kanye and Ethan Slupe. His audience is the Reddit conservative.
I want Josh to do a stream with Joe Rogan. It will never happen but you can dream.
I just want a Joe Rogan Interview so he can tell Josh to take T
