Tim made the mistake of thinking people were watching his videos for him, not what he was covering. I stand by my appreciating Tim's on-the-ground reporting, as he did at Malmö, for example. But after getting his bald dome exposed in Boston, it has been all down hill from there. From covering events, as they happened, to masticating over other people's news stories, while failing to make his own outlet work, & now secreted away in a rural compound, lecturing average people on how they must suffer to win his culture war...

As far as the DeSantis thing, it just looks so clearly fair use. If you had a copyright claim, contact their camp directly, via a lawyer who actually knows how to write IP stuff (a good lawyer probably wouldn't even do it since there is no real case) and then only go public after you've done the basic due diligence. But yea, this just seems hypocritical. This particular DeSantis advert is pretty unremarkable too.
