That's like trusting Emily Molly. Especially since they aren't actually married and thus, if SHTF, she's suddenly in control of Timcast and Tim has no legal standing. Course, a relationship stuck in a holding pattern isn't a good thing either, but that's a personal issue rather than a business issue.
Business and Pleasure should never be mixed unless you are married or are hiring whore. Anything in between is asking for trouble.

What is this crying about weekday sunsets? Like the weekend ones aren't good enough. Does the average near 40 year old have a need to watch nightly sunsets.
This why little rich pussy. Unless you're doing labor outside most people don't get to see sunsets unless they commute home 5 out of 7 days of the week.
He absolutely wont this is clickbait from a drama queen.
So what the hell is he crying for?
Tim is a 40 year old male with no heirs, no foreseeable prospects of a wife in the future that wants children with him.
And a crumbling persona in culture.
His channel is stagnant at best and beginning to lose active viewers most likely.
He won't be even a smudge in the annals of history.
Given how big his ego is. You can only imagine the dawning realization of this is doing to the man baby.

Now that I'm home from work I'm even more intrigued by what spurred on Tim tonight. I think his behaviour was really unfortunate and reflected quite poorly on him irregardless of what may not may not been going on behind the scenes. It wasn't fair to his employees and it wasn't fair to the members/fans, he could of simply canceled the show or let others host it and not air out his dirty laundry like that. To the point Ian rushed in because he wasn't sure what was going on and came to find out live. I'm sure Tim had lots of legitimate gripes but this was a wild way to go about things.

Couple things. He mentioned start ups and new businesses, I don't think it's uncommon for founders to work themselves to the bone to get their companies off the ground. He talked about HIS solo shows (and members) paying for everything. He does know Google funds many if not most of its products and companies thanks to the ad business right? How few products keep Microsoft afloat? Tonight these guys were offering to step up in real time to help or take charge. Even Ian had an idea about taking an episode of IRL and devoting it to member game jam entries. Tim doesn't have to host that and he doesn't need to worry about guests and all the associated things that come along with them. But he seemed quite dismissive of anyone or any idea and rather retreated again and again to his morning segments being more than enough to take care of him (and his family 🤔) and how many times do we need to hear the story of his success? Well worn ground to be honest. All in all not a good look but I do wonder... Is he having or trying to have a kid? He's mentioned it before but he also noted he would never tell the internet. Or maybe it's his girlfriend trying to assert more authority over Tim's time. Honestly either option seems kinda likely to me. Having kids, especially for the first time does tend to make people freak nor would a woman's meddling be a first. I just hope outbursts like this don't become a regular occurrence, that would be the path to true lolcowdom.

>hires a bunch of his stoner skateboarding friends because they're fun to hang out with and because they're 'cool'
>is surprised when work isn't getting done
>refuses to admit ANY fault of his own in how this has turned out

I've seen this happen to a shit-ton of collaborative YouTube channels, they start hiring a bunch of people with no actual skills or ambition simply because they want to hang out with them and when the new hires realize that they're essentially being paid to just hang out, stop doing any actual work. He's also spread his resources and time too thin over a bunch of dumb little projects, like the skate park and the coffee shop and shows that don't do near as well as his primary product and a livestream channel for his chicken coop for some reason. Another dumb little project is the stupid ass alt rock band that sucks.

And somehow all of this began over a fucking dead GPU, which if Tim had bothered to hire an actual IT guy [not a stoner friend who says 'yeah bruh I'm real good with computers man'] would have been a five minute diagnosis and fix for anyone with even passable computer knowledge. He's had so many co-hosts and crew jump ship and immediately turn around to start talking shit about him after they're separated, one of two things is happening: either Tim is fucking terrible at picking quality employees or is more focused on hiring people he can be friends with that he always ends up with shitheads, or he's a terrible fucking boss. Maybe some of column A and column B. Handling this situation by bitching about it on Twitter and airing a live two hour grievance show to thousands of viewers when he could have called on all hands on deck meeting to address the problem sort of indicates he's probably just a terrible boss. Then again the blowup with Crigler seemed to be mostly Crigler's fault since he later proved himself deranged by incessantly replying to every tweet Tim ever made, but part of that is on Tim also for hiring a literal retard. Crigler's channel is also dead as fuck, only his videos/streams about Tim get any real attention and if he isn't seething about foreign policy he's seething about Tim.

Seriously, start shitcanning people. Joe Rogan has a much bigger fucking show and he has ONE guy who is on air with him to interject occasionally or find something he's talking about and maybe a couple other people who do booking and facility management shit, unless Jamie does that too. Why the fuck do you need like 20 some odd employees and multiple properties to do something that involves a few computers, a bunch of microphones, some cameras, chairs, a table and soundproofing foam for the walls? He claims to have spent "millions" on equipment, why? You produce a fucking podcast. You don't need multiple buildings including some that serve as essentially a frat house and 20+ employees and "millions" in equipment to do a fucking podcast.

I haven't actually listened to IRL in the longest time but I'm glad I caught this one. There was a good deal of unintentional comedy throughout. What really killed me was when Ian busted onto the scene high while the mood was dire so that he could excitedly tell them all about his game jams, thunderbolt cables, and battery research. Then that paypig Raymond asked Ian if he even knew what was going on and it became my favorite episode. I can't imagine driving two hours to work for Tim pool, much less pay him for the privilege of being his lackey. I do pity him a little bit since he was one of the only people there that seemed to care about the future of the show. Tim was ready to drop it all and live in a used RV while Ian was more excited about data transfer cables.

I honestly think that is most of the issue. Him and Alison wanting to have kids or more down time and yet the last several years have made it so, as it currently stands, that can’t happen.

And he seems unwilling to do the easy fix which is fire all his friends and hire sensible people or downsize.
And somehow all of this began over a fucking dead GPU
Straws that break backs and all that. It is never the big problems that push you over the edge. Ever.
He claims to have spent "millions" on equipment, why?
Seemingly his tech people are so retarded shit keeps breaking or he needs multiple cameras instead of two.

As Tim bitched about, there is no point of people working with Tim if yhey can just do stuff themselves.

But I don’t buy for a second that he can’t find one guy just willing to do tech support.

Does anyone have a reasonable estimate on what a show like his livestream manages to pull in a night $$$? Isn't this like an absolutely ungodly amount of money we're talking about here?

So what the hell is he crying for?
He seems to pay 2 drivers and pay for all travel, so I assume its how much of a diva the guest is. But its insane to me that he pays for people's flights to be on this show for a single night.
After listening to an entire show for the first time in ages, its still true that he is the worst part of his own empire. Nobody is as smart or as capable as he is. Nobody else can manage the company - as he's done such a swell job. Its so great to watch him crash and burn because there is nobody out there who can manage a simple podcast and tell him his coffee shop idea is retarded. Billion dollar franchises are closing, why can't I open my coffee shop after 2 years? I have a feeling the local banks hate him; rich city boy comes to small town and starts throwing money around like he owns the place.

Outside of the external projects (which are all self inflicted), I do not understand how he could work 87 hours a day. Drop the boonies, drop the other shit people do not watch, drop the coffee shop, for the love of god stop the music, and stop trying to "be culture" or whatever you are tying to do. Sit down and read the news without going on 30 minute unrelated tangents.

Is he having or trying to have a kid
Theres nobody good enough to house his sperm.

People watch him for his tangents. The problem is as you said all of the external projects. His god complex just won't allow him to NOT be a part of something. His daily news show and IRL are his money makers. Cut out everything else.

I also don't see how a fried graphics card should have ANY impact on him. How does he not have backup computers ready to go? He claims to "have IT people", and NOBODY has thought of having backup systems for everything? Spare parts? It takes 10 minutes max to swap a graphics card. If he has IT people and they never thought about redundancy, they need to be replaced.

Right. He could do so much more if he just allowed some guests to Zoom. Practically every other Show does. It would be different if the show was Rogan styled, but it isn’t.

The problem is, I don’t ever see him do or advertise any of his stuff. He seems to have no eye for marketing.

For how long he has wanted to do music he should have at least two full albums out. Tom McDonald can see a shooting of Trump happen and have a song out that night.
and stop trying to "be culture" or whatever you are tying to do.
That would just prove Tim’s point really. Those against the Left don’t want to do anything to change culture in any way. All they like doing is screaming that they need to do something.

The solution to this is to fire all the tards and hire people that will actually do the job. Tim has surrounded himself, likely unintentionally, with the very people he bitches about,
Archive.is doesn't work for videos.
Ah, in which case PreserveTube is not letting me do it either currently.

If only Timmy has a motivated friend that knew how to hold down a stream on his own, but then Timmy would have to pay that friend before they left the country.

just pre-recorded videos.
God I hate how livestreaming has ruined all terminology as you say we did not used to call such things shows.
If only Timmy has a motivated friend that knew how to hold down a stream on his own, but then Timmy would have to pay that friend before they left the country.
That was one of Timmy’s complsints. No one that can wants to work for him when they can just do it on your own.

I was referring to his first co-host Adam, that left the show because Timmy refused to break him off a bag.
Was less that if I remember and more he was tired of dealing with woman bs involving Lidds if I recall correct.

It wasn’t even the money that broke him it was how unserious Tim seemed to be regarding everything at the time. Not spliting the money more favourably did not help though.

I can’t wait to see Adam’s response to this. No way he doesn’t.
