You forgot step 4. Hire a Jeremy boeirng type person, give them a 40% stake in the company and become a Ben shapiro type "editor emeritus". It's clear he hates the management side if business so don't do it.
It’s really baffling he doesn’t do. It’s not uncommon in the in the industry to hire someone that runs everything for you while you retain absolute complete control should you ever need it.

Happy 666!

I want to know about these "lawsuits", He mentions having to cut 30,000$ checks because "some employee doing something stupid"
Speaking of lolsuit, hows that suit against harris coming along?

Random people giving SC aren’t Disney.
He was a "nobody" when vice picked him up and just threw millions at him.

It's not baffling at all. Pool is arrogant and a control freak. He doesn't want to do the managerial work but he also doesn't want anyone else to do it either. He'd rather his company go tits up instead

I've seen this happen to a shit-ton of collaborative YouTube channels, they start hiring a bunch of people with no actual skills or ambition simply because they want to hang out with them and when the new hires realize that they're essentially being paid to just hang out, stop doing any actual work.
LOL yeah this is the truth. I mean fuck when I saw he had that Raymond G Stanley Junior guy on I was doing double takes because I only knew him as the guy who super chatted to literally every single Tim Cast episode half a dozen times. It’s wild to me I guess Tim has him working for free most likely lmao

I noticed when Raymond tried to jump in saying these issues wouldn’t happen if only he was in charge as a manager. And Tim quickly changed the subject which made me laugh. Yeah no little buddy you’re the guy who paid to work for free.

I’m catching up for what happened since last night. I’m seeing Jeremy/The Quartering is doing his best to try to siphon old Timcast members to his shitty site now. Which funny enough Luke Radowski is apparently working with Jeremy now

They didn’t pay Tim millions at Vice.
He's sure claims they did.

The real reason for tim's current attitude

Tim just said he's married to Allison and has a kid on the way.

Hannah isn't on the show, Ghost Girl is, as are Ian and Phil. If it turns out he's keeping Ian and losing Hannah that's a fucking L.

The chat's reaction to Ian's appearance (and his presumed continued employment) was hilarious, so many people saying "NOOOOOOOO!"
Lmao. It was clear he was never talking about Ian.

It seemed very clear it was behind the scenes people.
How shocking, the show is gonna continue. Somehow allison also works 55 hours a day.
I mean workaholics do that

Interesting. Makes it even more clear why he’s burned out then. I’m glad to see Hannah is missing. Ian is at least sincere and offers a unique perspective. But Hannah and Phil are both annoying and just don’t know anything about what they’re talking about. But Phil is Tim’s hero so he isn’t goin anywhere.
