The beanie boy argues that because police have the right to shoot people suspected of holding a firearm, Nick is justified in pepper spraying a woman approaching his front door without definitive proof she was a true threat. Phil reminds Tim that this happened in Illinois, which may interpret opening the door, without the alleged aggressor having knocked or rung the bell, as going beyond what is permissible under that state's law. Tim uses this story to reiterate that his security guards will shoot on sight, if you attempt to reach his front door. Also, we get another reminder that Tim's supposed sixteen hour days must not include researching stories for IRL, because he was unaware that the booking happened in late November:

Using the state of Washington as an example, since Seattle sees its fair share of black block action, it is a class A felony to possess any amount of explosives, while it is a misdemeanour to gross misdemeanour for possession of fireworks, depending on weight. Now, if you are arrested for possession of something which can deafen police, or cause injury via burns & shrapnel, what do you choose? As I said, Tim is an expert on being dangerously stupid, yet still asserts his complete understanding of topics:

Not only is it, as you note, a lesser crime, people also won’t look at you funny when you buy them.

In short, for what most rioters want to do, they are cheaper and easier to get hold of while causing the same level of damage and you don’t get in anywhere near as much trouble.

Right after, Tim indirectly takes a shot at Joe Rogan for endorsing Trump at the end of the election, by stating "comedians" will "fall in line, in two seconds", instead of continuing to speak out, as they deferred endorsing so long. The best part was the umbrage Tim took to Ryan calling him "explicitly conservative", despite his recent declaration to being on the right & his own admitted prominent advocacy for Trump, this past election cycle:


- A super-chatter brings up Tim failing to discuss Israel overtaking a buffer zone, air striking targets, etc. in Syria, & how does Tim respond? By playing dumb, & kicking the anthill via claiming Israel "has never does anything wrong":


-A super-chatter brings up Rudyard Lynch's prediction of 1,000 politically motivated deaths by April 2025. Ryan reacts with incredulity of there being that level of violence, or a civil war, based upon "the laziness of ordinary people". Tim rejects this, arguing that fewer possible fighters makes it more possible. Also, according to Tim, various states in a nation choosing sides to fight a civil war, has "never been any civil war, EVER (my emphasis added), except for the United States". Okay, then. Also, Tim claims that there are "well above" 70 politically motivated deaths per year. Ryan asks what the current count is for 2024, & Tim has no answer. Tim goes on to define politically motivated deaths as everything from attacks by sovereign citizens, antisemites, white/black nationalists, etc.:
 

Tim had Mike Davis, the head of The Article III Project, that seeks to promote what they see as constitutionalist judges for positions in the Trump administration, as the guest.

-Tim is more liberal with his use of "we" (e.g. "we won", "If we do not get a handle on corruption", etc.) when talking about what Trump & his supporters should do, as of late. Despite only recently coming out as being on the right, the beanie boy has a great many recommendations for that side of the aisle:


-The irony of Tim claiming that YouTube shall suppress independent podcasts, in favour of advertiser friendly, mainstream news content, after he celebrated the platform placing him on the front page, not too long ago, is not lost on me. Tim still does not realise he is the controlled opposition:

Ian is CJOCO, the Chief JO Crystal Officer.

Also, is Tim talking about his non profit? There's really no law about hiring people in a company outside of labor laws as even if you pay someone you're still paying payroll taxes and they're paying income tax, it's not some magic trick to avoid taxation, and a job description and title can be anything you want it to be. Unless he's a public company or a non profit I think he's talking out of his ass on this one.

Not to mention this is coming from a man who never takes off his beanie for "branding" purposes and he can't understand why a celebrity like Marilyn Manson would want to present a certain image publicly.

Not gonna lie, this episode was boring (per usual) but I think a podcast with Ian and Sk8er Boi philosophically sperging back and forth and feeding off of each other would be entertaining to watch, at least more than most of Tim's recent episodes aside from his meltdown.

Speaking of that... how can Timmy Boy go from crying about money and various fizzled out ideas and business ventures, to only go right back into another one by "sponsoring" this stoned out of his gourd skater? Is this an actual sponsorship, or is He just letting the dude design a skateboard and crash at the Branch Timidian compound, or actually forking over Timbux™️?
